<p>Week zero matchups did not disappoint, with talent on display, high-scoring games, and more. Our weekly scouting reports will continue to include detailed analyses of key players to monitor for the week in question and potential risers or promising prospects who may not have garnered significant attention thus far.</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1417734' first='Daniel' last='Cole'] has been a rising prospect all summer, earning his first offer from Missouri Southern State and a PWO from Memphis. Cole displayed his talent against Popular Bluff, resulting in 4 pancakes. Cole showcased good initial quickness in his pass sets, with good pad level, bend, balance, UOH, and lateral agility to mirror defenders. He also demonstrated a strong anchor due to good lower body strength, core strength and hand placement to control the opposition and create a pocket for the quarterback. He showcased his sideline-to-sideline motor when in pursuit of the football. Jamerson is a physical defensive back willing to hit and has an impressive ability to tackle in space. He displays good read and react ability, attacking downhill vs. the run once read with good foot quickness and angles. Solid ability to minimize separation off breaks due to solid COD, balance, and burst. He is a physical running back with solid post-snap vision to locate the running lane quickly and attack the hole with a good burst. Harrell displays good speed and athletic ability with good post-snap vision to quickly read first-level defenders and locate the running lane. Solid burst to separate away from the first and into the second level after making the first initial cut. With that ability, good change of direction (COD), and vision, he can locate cutback lanes quickly and get upfield. Attacks with active feet, good leg drive, balance, and acceleration through contact to gain additional yards. Has the upper and lower body power and strength to break tackles consistently. Bjork possesses solid shoulder flexibility and angle freedom, allowing for various release points. He displays a solid deep ball with good ball placement and anticipation, leading his receivers into YAC opportunities. His ability to keep his eyes downfield when forced outside the pocket is impressive. Good pocket awareness and mobility. He displays comfortability and mobility inside and outside the pocket, demonstrating poise and his ability to keep his eyes downfield.
