<p>The class of 2028 is shaping up to be a talented class as these young players have begun to make their mark at the high school level. We spotlight several difference makers who are making early contributions to their teams success. These are names you need to know in the 2028 class.</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">Rhodes runs with power, he has a lean stout build and he breaks arm tackle routinely. He has the quickness to make defenders miss in the open field and this enables him to free himself to get to the second level. Rhodes has seen significant playing time in the Klein Oak backfield and he has made his presence felt. He had a stellar performance in week five, rushing for 134 yards and a touchdown in 35-3 win over Klein Forest. He is stout at the point of attack and his ability to shock, shed and free himself from blockers enables him to stuff the run in the trenches. Williams has been a key defender for Walnut Grove this season as a freshman and he has established himself as a force on the interior.</p>   <p></p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Schad is calm in the pocket, his footwork is clean and deliberate, which enables him to deliver strikes down field. He has a quick release with the ability to fit the football into small coverage windows. Jaxon has the skill set push the ball outside the numbers on a rope and he makes big plays with his ability to hit the deep ball over the top. He has played at a high level, making plays a freshman starter for Weiss. Schad had a big game in week five, passing for 328 yards and 5 touchdowns in a 63-20 win over Hendrickson. He transitions into his backpedal smoothly and he has the ability to open his hips and run with receivers, staying in phase and position to make a play on the football. Hall is a sure tackler who is physical at the point of attack and he takes proper angles to the football. He has strong reliable hands that engulf the football and he attacks the ball at the catch point under control. He excels at runs after the catch, he is shifty in space and he can explode for six from any down or distance. He is a dangerous return man who has the skill set to be threat on special teams. With the football in his hands he is a playmaker, he has superb, reliable hands and when he gets in the open field he can make a house call for six from any down or distance. Defensively, he transitions into his backpedal fluidly and when he sees the football, he attacks it with a purpose.
