2026 Defensive Backs To Know

This is a young man who is great at playing his cornerback position. We know that he is going to be on the islands a lot for Grenada this season. He is one of those guys who Coach Fair is going to be counting on to hold his own. He has the hips and speed that you want to see at the cornerback position. This a stud who gets things done for his team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>BB Hilton</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hilton is a player from West Jones who has been bragged on a lot. This is a 5-foot-11, 180-pound stud who knows how to come up and make hits as well as cover. He is a player who we recently were able to check out on film. This is a guy we like a lot. Hilton is a player who we think is going to see his stock rise this season. This is a player who has brought a lot of attention to himself cause of the way he is balling on the field. Mathews is a player who knows how to get up in his opponents face. He is a guy who is good with his hands and has great hips. He has not seen a lot of action in the air, but he is making his presence known on the field. This is one of the best defensive backs in the state of Mississippi for this class. We know that he is going to have a good season surrounded by all of this talent on their defense. Last season, we saw McDaniel all over the field making plays for his team. This is the season that he is going to be able to see himself surrounded by more talent. He is also going to play against more talent in 7A.
