"3-Star quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='207208' first='Garyt' last='Odom'] is currently committed to UNLV where his dad (Barry Odom) is the head football coach. Odom is the 7th rated overall player and 2nd overall at his position in the state of Arkansas (via Prep Redzone) for the class of 2025. Odom displays the ability to progress through reads 1-3 quickly and effectively. Along with the footwork, he has good pocket mobility and awareness to evade pressure while keeping his eyes down the field and delivering the ball with accuracy. Strong arm quarterback who's able to hit all levels of the field with touch, anticipation and ball placement. Following that, he demonstrates good decision-making ability while being able to anticipate throws across the middle, putting his receivers in YAC opportunities." - Colton Edwards (June Rankings Update 2025 Quarterbacks)

Elston Jr. is a 3-Star recruit and the 9th rated overall player and 2nd overall at his position in the state of Arkansas (via Prep Redzone) for the class of 2025. He displays a quick first step off the snap with good foot quickness and burst to explode through the tackles with phenomenal second level breakaway speed to separate from the first and second level defenders. Demonstrates good lateral agility, fluid movement within his cuts, allowing himself to change direction quickly with control. Good vision post-snap to read the defensive font and make a move with his one-cut ability. Out wide, his route running, and separation skills are impressive with good hands." - Colton Edwards (June Rankings Update 2025 Running Backs)

Tucker is the 40th rated overall player and 5th overall at his position in the state of Arkansas (via Prep Redzone) for the class of 2025. Tucker attacks the hole with good acceleration and burst through the first and second levels. Displays good contact balance and body control to break tackles, gaining positive yards in both the run and pass. A fluid athlete with good lateral agility and change of direction, making himself a one-cut back to locate the opening and burst through. Karnes creates separation using a mix of his route running and speed. He has the speed to stretch the field vertically. Meanwhile, his ability on the underneath routes can slice up an opposing secondary. Karnes earned an offer from the Arkansas Razorbacks earlier in the week. He is a wide receiver to watch out for this upcoming season." - Tom Tabler (Recruiting News and Notes)

Lewis does an excellent job of creating separation from opposing defenders. He has great athleticism, and he has no trouble grabbing the football at its highest point. Lewis was a difficult matchup for opposing defensive backs throughout the Benton 7-on-7 tournament. He is setting the stage for a strong 2024 football season. Lewis is a player to watch out for this upcoming season." - Tom Tabler (Putting in the Work)

"[player_tooltip player_id='211161' first='Brenton' last='Brasfield'] showcases his versatility at Corner and Wide Receiver. He is ranked as the 48th overall player and 3rd in his position in Arkansas for the class of 2025 by Prep Redzone. At corner, Brasfield displays good read and react ability, allowing him to diagnose plays, quickly break on the ball and arrive at the catch point quickly due to good change of direction, pursuit and lateral agility, positioning himself to force PBUs or INTs. His ability to stay inside the hip pocket of the receiver on breaks is impressive and due to good hip fluidity and speed in the secondary, coupled with good open-field tackling, physicality and notable ball-tracking abilities. Offensively, he is a smooth and consistent route runner and a YAC threat, due to his elusiveness, lateral agility, change of direction, and burst, enabling him to make sharp cuts or accelerate up field quickly after the catch." - Colton Edwards (June Rankings Update: 2025 ATH)

Patterson is the 16th rated overall player and 3rd overall at his position in the state of Arkansas (via Prep Redzone) for the class of 2026. Patterson displays good athleticism to get out in space on screens, reach blocks or working his way up to the second level with good angles and pad level. Good vision on diagnosing stunts and twists that come across his face. Good lower body strength with good hand placement to anchor pass rushers. Very good physical toughness that plays till the whistle." - Colton Edwards (June Rankings Update: 2026 Offensive Lineman)

"[player_tooltip player_id='384061' first='Parker' last='Glaze'] has had a busy offseason up to this point in the summer. He has good quickness and explodes out of the stance. Glaze uses his hands well to keep the opposing defensive lineman out of the backfield. He does a great job of clearing rushing lanes for his running backs. Glaze is an offensive lineman that looks to block at the second level in order to bust an explosive play. Glaze performed well at both the Arkansas as well as the Memphis camps this week. Marion center [player_tooltip player_id='190887' first='Charlie' last='Cantrell'] is a student of the game and is constantly working to take his game to the next level. He is an explosive player that gets into the opposing defender quickly. Cantrell uses his hands well to keep opposing defenders out of the offensive backfield. Meanwhile, he does a good job in helping clear a path for his running back. Earlier in the week, Cantrell earned a scholarship offer from Lyon College. I expect a strong season from the Marion center this fall." - Tom Tabler (Recruiting News and Notes)
