<p>With preseason practices in full swing and less than a month until the kickoff of week 0, the excitement of high school football in Arkansas is heightened once again. Over the coming weeks, we'll unveil our All-Arkansas selections, we're coming at you today with our picks for the third-team offense. The Conway signal caller is a player to watch out for this season. He has the ability to work the underneath routes and turn a short gain into an explosive one with his YAC ability.
