MAIS Week One Top Performers

Womack also recently released his top schools. Those big time plays that he makes are going to be talked about all season. The kid from Hartfield is truly one of the best 2026 prospects in the nation's.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='742738' first='Jalin' last='Trotter']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Trotter had 99 yards and a touchdown this past Friday night. This is a guy who is known for going to get the rock. He plays for Lamar. Trotter is one of the best 2026 prospects in the state of Mississippi. We expect to see him making a lot more plays this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='1257182' first='Ashton' last='Jones']</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jones had 167 yards and two touchdowns this past Friday night. He is a 2027 guy from Lamar who college coaches need to go ahead and get an eye on. This is a stud with a great presence on the field between the tackles. Jones is a 5-foot-7, 160-pound guy who need to keep our eyes on this season. We expect him continue to be a great this season because of the vision and speed that he has.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='212364' first='Dereon' last='Albert']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Albert had over ten tackles and a sack for his squad. Albert is a dangerous player who the trenches that has slimmed up some. Imagine him being quicker and faster. He is going to have the chance to make a lot of plays this year. Albert I out to show a lot of guy that he is player to know in this class. Albert was looking very loose when he played last week.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Xavier Webber</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Webber is a 5-foot-10, 165-pound guy out of Heritage Academy. He had over 125 total yards on offense with five tackles and a fumble recovery on defense. This is a stud from the GTA who we are going to have to get a close eye on. We think that he is going to be a defensive back on the next level. He stepped up very big against a good Hartfield team this past weekend. Be sure to keep up with his name. This is a 2026 linebacker who needs to be talked about more. He is 6-foot-3, 200-pound guy from Jackson Academy who has a lot of major offers. You can expect to see more coming his way. Expect to see him have a lot of games like this this season. He is a guy who makes noise from the edge position as well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
