We're here with part two of our 2028 series! The prospects listed showed out for their youth teams last season and showed an abundance of potential on tape. Not before long, they will likely be names shining under the lights on Friday night. Keep an eye on them as they continue to develop over the next four years.

WR: Ryelin Johnson, 5'8" 135, Montgomery

A speedy slot receiver that can take the top off a defense and has natural deep ball tracking skills. He shows no hesitation venturing into the teeth of the defense, he understands how to use deceptive body movements to defeat leverage, and has effortless shake once he gets his hands on the football.

RB: Davion Blunt, N/A, Duncanville

A tough upright runner between the tackles with vision, power, and the ability to line up in the slot & provide matchup issues as a receiving threat. Blunt is quite slippery between the tackles and has a highly effective stiff arm & spin move that he'll mix in from time to time.

RB: Josiah Shell, 5'5" 130, Berkner

He's small, but man is he shifty and has instant acceleration once he spots a crease. He has the strength to burst through arm tackles, he's got loose hips, he uses his size as a strength to get lost between the tackles, and has dynamic change of direction in the open.

DL: [player_tooltip player_id='1140364' first='Semisi' last='Naupoto'] 6'1" 250, Trinity

At 250, he doesn't have much baby weight on him, he's athletic for a man his size and can drop his hips and bend around the edge. On tape, he's tough, competitive, has a strong anchor, and will rely on his spin move to defeat oversetting offensive linemen.

DE: Liam Anderson, 6" 220, Waxahachie

Liam is strong at the point of attack and uses his hands to defeat nosey pass protectors. He's got a great get-off, keeps his pads low through contact, and has the lateral quickness to retrace & make a play if he's too far upfield. This kid has an extremely high motor and will give you all he's got through the echo of the whistle.

DE: Breckin Rogers, 6'4" 205, Keller

A lengthy prospect with a great frame that he should be able to fill out over the next few seasons. Rogers uses his long arms to help generate lockout & shed blocks in the run game, his overwhelming size and strength at this level kickstarts immediate penetration and he's an extremely violent tackler behind the line of scrimmage.

ATH: [player_tooltip player_id='1577255' first='Logan' last='Lokey'], 6'3" 220, Guyer

Logan to me is the most varsity-ready prospect on this list. He's a talented two-way player who I think has potential at both tight end and defensive end. At tight end, he's got soft hands, physicality as a ball carrier and consistently finds a way to sneak behind coverage off play-action. At five technique he's a vicious pass rusher with quickness, raw power, and a relentless mentality.

WR: Will Kennedy, 6" 165, Colleyville Heritage

ATH: Jayson Smith, 5'10" 175, Randle
