This was a good game. We saw Raleigh score 22 points in the last ten minutes of the game to come out on top 22-14. Let's check out some of the guys who were some dogs last night.

[player_tooltip player_id='1258762' first='JJ' last='McCullum']

McCullum was my MVP for the game last night. This young man is a 2026 guy who is elusive and quick. He also never quit last night. He scored the two point conversion that gave his team the extra two points to put the icing on the cake last night. He also showed leadership by completing the passes his coaches needed him to make. They are a run heavy team, but he stepped up big. Raleigh is blessed to have this guy on their team.

CJ Moncrief

Moncrief is a 2025 athlete who we are going to keep our eyes on. We hear that he is a 4.5 guy. He scored the first touchdown that got his team on board last night. He had over 100 yards rushing. Moncrief plays one of the running back positions for his team, but he looks like a guy who can be a great defensive back on the next level. Remember his name this season. He did his thing for Raleigh.

[player_tooltip player_id='1335726' first='Deuce' last='Carter']

Carter is a running back from Raleigh who we were able to learn about this past offseason. This kid is a guy who is very tough between the tackles. He looks like a guy who is around 5-foot-9, 175 pounds. This is a guy we can see playing running back in college. He also has decent speed. He scored the touchdown that gave his team the lead last night.

Jemarion Owens

Owens is a leader who gets things done on both sides of the ball. We wanted to get a good evaluation on him last night. This young man is a guy we really think has division one talent. Size is always going to play a factor in where guys go. He has good strength and knows how to use his hands. We were able to see him stand a few offensive linemen up last night. Keep your eyes on this guy from Raleigh.

[player_tooltip player_id='1246915' first='Brendan' last='Harper']

Harper showed a lot of toughness on defense. He is a guy who plays safety for his team. It looks like he is going to be more of a cornerback on the next level. He had the quickness that you need your shorter guys to have. He is only a 2027 prospect, so he could easily get a lot taller. This is a young man we have been keeping up with since this past offseason.

[player_tooltip player_id='1127617' first='Marcus' last='Perkins']

Perkins is the little brother of Suntarine Perkins. This guy was out there making a lot of people miss. He is a shifty young man who looks like be could also play defensive back on the next level. He us very elusive with great vision. Those instincts make me believe that he could hold his own out there on the islands. He is also a very tough runner.

[player_tooltip player_id='653008' first='Dalyn' last='Pierce']

Pierce stepped up the way we thought he would last night. He is a 2025 defensive end prospect who also plays quarterback for his team. The young man can really move. It would be great to see him be able to line up and only play the edge position all night. The kid has a high motor and he is a leader. He scored two touchdowns from his quarterback position last night. Bay Springs is lucky to have this guy.

Malaki Page

Page recently committed to Southern Miss. He was looking good running the football last night. You are going to hear his name a lot this season. That is something that we can just about guarantee. He has good speed and he also makes plays on defense for his team. This is a 2025 Bay Spring player we need to talk about more.

[player_tooltip player_id='1120600' first='Espen' last='Campbell']

Campbell is a dog who we love to see run the football. He is a guy who rocks and rolls on the field. This young man has good vision between the tackles and he knows how to stay low. We expect him to have a big season for his squad as well.

It would not surpise me if these two teams were to meet up again later in the year. Both squads are loaded with talent.
