Bravis Cave is a wrecking ball back with an explosive performance against a talented Gainesville (Ga.) front seven, going over 100 yards on the night on 8.2 yards per carry. Cave is a very intriguing prospect. At 6'2 230, he is an obvious size/speed threat and uses his physical presence to drag defenders down the field and stay on his feet through contact. He is a bruiser, but is also sudden and explosive enough to bounce across running lanes and take advantage of available yards. If Cave were to grow out of the RB position, he would be an intriguing TE prospect given his athletic traits and playmaking ability. Cave holds D1 offers and will likely add more before his senior season is up.

It was a prolific offensive performance for Oxford, who knocked off Central (Ga.) to kick off their 2024 season. Wynn led the charge on the ground, accumulating 241 total yards of offense and finding the endzone 4 times. Wynn possesses a prototype frame for an RB, sitting at 5'10 175 with a low center of gravity. He is a cloud of dust runner, dropping his shoulder at the end of runs to fall forward. He stays on his feet through contact well, quickly finding his balance after he stumbles. Wynn might not possess elite breakaway speed but is explosive and changes direction well. Pair that with his patience, and Wynn is hard to handle between the tackles and can easily leak into the open field.

What a performance it was for [player_tooltip player_id='283575' first='Rhys' last='Dorsey'], making his debut for Bob Jones HS. He finished the night with 7 receptions for 196 yards and 2 TDs, while also making plays as a returner. Dorsey is built like an RB with a stout, muscular, low-to-the-ground frame. He is very dangerous after the catch, staying balanced through contact and stopping on a dime to force missed tackle attempts. Dorsey is going to rack up targets and opportunities with the ball in his hand this fall. He is already a notable prospect, but he should start picking up serious college attention after this year.

Greer kicked off his HS career in a big way, breaking onto the scene with a 100+ yard performance on 3 receptions against a talented Opelika defense. Greer is certainly in the infant stages of his football growth. He is tall and lanky, sporting room to add plenty of weight. He is also developing as an athlete and should improve as he refines more explosive movements in the future. Regardless, he did a good job of remaining patient in the route process and finding open spots on the field. At this rate, you can expect Greer to be one of the most productive freshmen receivers in Alabama.
