Offensive Prospects on the Rise

<p>Prep Redzone is continually searching for rising prospects who are yet to be discovered and offered, those who have the potential to make a significant impact. These prospects may excel in versatility, dominate in one position, and possess the talent to compete at the next level, be it FBS, FCS, DII, DIII, NAIA, or JUCO. With this in mind, here are five prospects to keep an eye on in 2024:</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='413537' first='Jonah' last='Walker'] is a versatile prospect excelling as both a tight end and linebacker. He possesses the ability to quickly separate from defenders off breaks, due to his good foot quickness and catch radius. Displays good hand-eye coordination and body control allow him to high point the football or adjust mid-route with strong hands. He displays solid initial quickness from off the snap and into his pass sets, quickly creating leverage with good pad level, hand placement, and the agility to mirror. Self, showcases a strong anchor due to solid lower body strength, balance, and use of hands, allowing him to control the opposition. He displays solid footwork, pocket mobility, and awareness to avoid pressure. He demonstrates the ability to effectively layer the football over the second level with solid ball placement. He displays solid post-snap vision to identify running lanes and quickly bursts through them, reaching the second level. His ability to absorb contact and gain extra yards is due to his good contact balance, pad level, and leg drive.
