Norcal prospects picking up first small school offers

He is a big and physical thrower in the pocket, can deliver the ball into tight windows downfield and does a nice job at shaking off tacklers while moving well in the pocket and keeping his eyes downfield and has a good pocket presence. Due to his size, range and athletic ability while a very balanced linebacker, it would not be surprising if he ends up at the FCS level by the time signing day comes around, but he has recently picked up his first couple offers from the D3 level. Chelew is a two-way player for the Mustangs that is a smooth route runner with outstanding tracking abilities, strong hands in traffic and can break open field tackles while quickly knifing upfield. A very high IQ kid that a 4.0+ GPA, he has recently picked up offers from Case Western Reserve University and Rose-Hulman University.
