6'1, 215. 3.0 self-repoted GPA. Fractured femur week eight of last Fall, yet still put together impressive tape over seven weeks, enough for him to land inside the Top 300. A top 40 linebacker in his class, registered just under 50 tackles for Lower Dauphin last Fall. Blends a backer/TE build, wouldn't be surprised to learn he can help out on the offensive side of the ball.

Tape shows Tucker aligning at ILB in a 3-4 front, sprinkled in are reps showcasing Tucker's abilities to chase the football off the edge. Explodes out of his pre-snap stance without much hesitation. Sees personnel between the tackles well both pre/post snap. Good backfield vision, good pursuit angles. Looks to be well seasoned in terms of play recognition, sniffs out draws, screens, roll-outs alike. In and around turnovers, the type of young man any D2 would want stationing in the middle of the field. Hopefully, Tucker will come back from injury better than ever.

The second linebacker mentioned thus far. An interior disruptor. [player_tooltip player_id='1229126' first='Carter' last='Houck']'s junior tape is pretty limited, only have about a minute-and-a-half worth of quality reps to dissect here. Still quality tape worth sending to PSACs throughout PA. New Oxford likes to deploy four down-linemen sets, with Houck primarying as a WILL backer. NOHS deploys three down-linemen fronts too, allowing Houck to work closer toward the LOS. Works well stationed weak-side, has instinctual senses that flicker off the snap, can crash down the LOS and make his presence felt. Brings all his weight behind him too, great finisher. Would feel more comfortable ranking him among the LB elite had more quality tape been available, unsure of any circumstances.

Hudl has Spring-Ford's [player_tooltip player_id='1325801' first='Connor' last='Hudak'] standing at 6'2, Twitter has him at 6'0, finding out which is correct would prove pivotal in terms of future ranking. I ranked based on the fact Hudak stands at 6'2 (Hudl). Weighs 250. Heavyweight varsity wrestler.

No junior tape available, unsure how serious Hudak is about playing football at the next level. Evaluation based on his "Weeks 1-7" tape. Great kick-out blocker at guard. Ton of displacement after engaging with his matchup. Hudak proves he can consistently drive would-be tacklers off the ball, phenomenal lower body strength. To the whistle impact blocker with a bit of an attitude. Can jolt and steer an opponent, has a knack for knocking defenders off-balance, this leads to a ton of pancakes. Again, phenomenal finisher regardless if measurables aren't in order. Tape still good enough to pass along to PSAC coaches. Can play some 1/3t too, the same ferocity witnessed on offense can be witnessed on the opposite side of the ball. A kid a program can win with.

High praise for a newcomer. New addition to the rankings yet not a new face to Prep Redzone Pennsylvania. Excited to learn that [player_tooltip player_id='264254' first='Zion' last='Brake'] will be back playing ball in Eastern Pennsylvania after a stint developing in Colorado.

I'm expecting big things, ranking Brake over some fantastic PA QBs means as much. 6'3, 175 pounds, expected to take the reigns over at Executive Education ACS. A part of me wanted to leave Brake on our Watchlist, as I'm practically out of the loop on how he fared across the nation, against competition I'm unfamiliar with. Yes, a ranking is currently attached to Brake's name, yet I'm heading into the Fall with a clean slate in mind for Brake. Intrigued by his growth and work ethic, intrigued by tape put out while at Smoky Hill HS. I won't provide an evaluation until I can see him put out tape against PA competition, so let's take this rank with a grain of salt for now. Either way, excited to see this kid back in action close to home.

6'4, 315 pounds. Currently holds offers out of West Chester and Bloomsburg, all PSACs out East should extend an offer to Cartusciello if possible. Almost a no-brainer considering Cartusciello's size and tape. 45 spots away from earning an FCS grade out of me, high praise.

Left tackles reps in an offense that likes to deploy heavy run sets. A behemoth in the trenches, just too powerful off the snap for the majority of IDLs to affect/deter his initial path when run-blocking. Great physique, most 315+ OL are lumbering around the turf, Cartusciello is a moving unit who can lock out his arms and drive would-be defenders 15 yards off the ball. After rewatching his tape, I'd argue Cartusciello should be up closer to the 200 rank, opposed to 300. Likely a smart individual based on his ability to key assignments on the go and on the second level. Huge fan of this young man, surprised it took me so long to come across his tape.

6'0-6'1, 170 pounds. Can provide quality reps at wideout or DB for Phoenixville. Narrowly cracked the Top 300.

Type of athlete you can install pre-snap motion sets for. A jet-sweep starts off Lear's junior tape, next rep has Lear working inside out at wide receiver, scoring on both of these reps. A playmaker at the HS level, can accelerate past DB angles, likely a good combine tester too. Has experience playing close to the LOS at DB, outside corner reps showcased on tape. Around turnovers, active hands have Lear causing multiple fumbles while attempting to clean up tackles. Has experience playing off coverage, two interceptions reeled in after keeping eyes on the QB. One of the better all-around contributors and recruits that should be high on PSAC boards in my opinion.
