2025 Quarterback Follow Up

He recently decommitted from his baseball commit. We think that Wood is going to be entertaining playing football in college. The kid has a very strong arm and the football zips out of his hand. Wood is a solid built young man that knows how to stand strong in the pocket. He is not a fragile guy that is going to get knocked around. This is a guy that puts the football on the money. Receivers can really trust him.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Jay Ruffin</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ruffin is a quarterback from Starkville that is going to be exciting this season. Last season, he was starting at cornerback. Ruffin is a tough quarterback that is going to be a stud for his squad this season. We are thinking that he is going to have the chance to pick up some power four attention. There are some division one schools that are recruiting him at QB. He is going to have a chance to make plays with his legs and arms this season. Chris Jones is going to be drawing up a lot of nice plays for him to have the option to run or pass.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Xavier Hunt </strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hunt is a three-year starting quarterback that Louisville fans love. Hunt is set in his ways and they are some good ways to be set in. That means that he controls his offense with confidence. His first year starting at quarterback was his OC's first year at Louisville. They have grown together. His coaches knows that he is a guy with speed who would rather throw the football. Hunt is known to get the ball out quick. It can be a deep ball or short pass, Hunt is going to make sure he gets the rock to his receivers on time.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1126782' first='Jevarion' last='Glover']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Glover is a tall lanky quarterback from Amanda Elzy that has been impressive over his career. Last season, he passed for over 3000 yards. This young man is one of the most exciting players in the state. Glover is one of those guys that loves to truly work an offense. He is a quarterback that can lead those 99 yard drives with ease. There are times where you will see him make a way out of no way in his offense. Glover also throws a strong deep ball.
