He's flashed his athletic playmaking skillset with promising development in his footwork, quickness, and separation as a route-runner. He's a track athlete that can make plays down the field with his 4.4 speed and ability to track the deep ball. He's a versatile player that played some QB as a junior but primarily showed his ability to be a reliable and committed tackler on the perimeter from his CB spot. He's on the smaller side at 5'9"/145 but shows no hesitation making effective use of his body attacking ball-carriers low. He's a strong, physical IOL that can move interior defenders with his 6'2"/320 frame. He flashes some patience and awareness in pass protection but this upcoming season should give us a better assessment of his overall skillset. He's on the lighter side for OL prospects (6'3"/235) but if he can manage to maintain his mobility while continuing to add strength to his frame he could develop into a major stock-riser in the fall. He's twitchy getting off the ball, beats defenders to the spot with quick feet, and excels as a punishing blocker in space. He showed his versatility in coverage making plays as both a nickel and deep safety as a junior. He works aggressively downhill looking to deliver punishing hits at the second level and shows promising short-area quickness.
