<p>Over seven months later, the 49-48 overtime loss continues to both haunt and inspire the Bulldogs.</p>

<p>“I've lost some big games, not a lot being a winning team,” Crim said. “But losing and coming that close to a state championship, there's literally no other feeling like it. That's probably the worst thing I've ever felt. The motivation from that is everlasting, really.”</p>

<p>“It took me a long time to get over that one,” Rimph said. “Actually still haven't watched the film from it. I guess maybe I'm still in the denial phase.”</p>

In taking over for co-winningest quarterback in program history, the 6-foot-1, 185-pound Thompson looks to build upon the experience he saw in limited appearances at the position.</p>

<p>At both running back and wide receiver, the Bulldogs will utilize a “committee” approach. Rising juniors <strong>Navi Boykin</strong> and <strong>Evan Presbot</strong> provide contrasting running styles out of the backfield and Crim, <strong>Treyvon Wright</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1165092' first='Tylin' last='Drakeford']</strong> will share in the wide receiving duties.</p>

<p>All three wideouts will see action in the secondary. Upfront, the Bulldogs return defensive ends <strong>Tanner Bracey</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1267206' first='Dontrell' last='Wilson']</strong> and track standout <strong>Javon Wesley</strong> will be utilized at outside linebacker.</p>

<p>Camden's schedule will contest of playing 10 playoff teams from a year ago. Even with the challenging games ahead, the Bulldogs' motivation to return to Oliver C. Dawson Stadium for another run at the state title.</p>

His length and speed makes him effective both in stretching the defense at wide receiver and pass coverage at defensive back.</p>

<p><strong>Tanner Bracey</strong> DL 2025 – A Class 3A All-State offensive lineman playing at tight end, he had 29 tackles at defensive end.</p>

He also contributed 10 receptions for 206 yards and three touchdowns and was the team's leading kick returner. All three facets of Crim's game is high on display on his junior year video.</p>
