The PSAL every season has a couple of prospects who really can make waves through the Division 1 schools in the area but there are plenty of additional prospects who are more than good enough to play at the D3 or D2 level that get overlooked. Based on Junior Film and Camp Film or Camp reps I have seen in person I think all of these guys are at show potential to be strong D3 prospects headed into their senior season. While some could really get some FCS or D2 looks with really strong senior seasons they all have flashes of some skills on tape that should warrant looks from the next level.

I was able to see White at Downstate Classic camp and you can see some of his work here. White is a lean WR prospect who can separate with his twitch and burst out of cuts. White played some QB on tape but it is clear his best position is at Wide Receiver with his ability to separate and consistent hands. White is a player I did not find out about until after the rankings were released, will absolutely be included in the next update.

Barr-Mackins is a smaller back but is built really well. Barr-Mackins runs with a low center of gravity and showcases a really solid contact balance. Quicker than fast, Barr-Mackins showcases good short-area quickness and change of direction as a runner. Barr-Mackins shared a backfield last season and still was one of the more productive runners overall in the league.

Porter returns as one of the top receivers in the PSAL on a team that returns a good amount of contributors to their passing offense. Porter is an offensive weapon for Fort Hamilton, he can line up outside, in the slot, or at Running Back and impact the game in several ways. Porter is quick and twitchy with solid lateral agility making guys miss.

Frausto may be a shorter OL prospect but after evaluating his film and seeing him at the Elite V showcase and the Downstate Classic. Frausto plays with some natural leverage but he showcases quick hands at the point of attack and blocks with a high motor.

Houston is another Lincoln OL who I have been able to see a couple times at camps and he is a really solid OL prospect. He players Center for Lincoln but could project well at the guard position at the next level. Houston has a strong base and can anchor well in pass protection. Houston also flashes some strong initial punch blocking down on double teams from the center position.

The PSAL every season has a couple of prospects who really can make waves through the Division 1 schools in the area but there are plenty of additional prospects who are more than good enough to play at the D3 or D2 level that get overlooked.
