These young athletes are poised to play on Friday nights in the near future, showcasing remarkable talent, dedication, and potential at an early age. As they continue to develop their skills, they demonstrate the physical traits and they have the athletic ability necessary to excel in one of the game's most critical positions. Keep an eye on these rising stars as they head into high school, displaying the hard work and determination that define the next generation of elite offensive linemen. We spotlight five 2028 offensive linemen to keep an eye on as they enter high school.

Armando is strong at the point of attack, he gets control of his opponent early and he finishes blocks well. He has been impressive at both Prep Redzone Next Up camps this offseason. At both events he showed improvement and he finished in the top five for linemen at both camps. Rodriguez also plays on the defensive, showing that he has the strength to hold his ground and be stout in the trenches. He will find a home on the offensive side at either guard or center and as he matures his game will most definitely continue to flourish.

Crawford has a stiff punch at engagement, he is strong at the point of attack and he has the strength that enables him to get hands on defenders to drive them off of the football. He has nimble feet and he has good lateral quickness. I had the chance to see Crawford in the trenches live at the #ForTheTrenches Camp and he was one of the top young linemen in attendance. Crawford is a name to know who will be making plays in the trenches on Friday nights at Mesquite Horn in the next couple of years.

Klein is technically sound, he plays with excellent leverage and he has the strength to overpower defenders at impact. He plays with a nasty streak and he finishes blocks through the whistle. His punch at engagement is stiff and he makes his opponent feel the power he has in his violent hands. Klein saw time in the trenches on the defensive side of the ball, showing that he is stout against the run and he flows to the ball well, displaying a high motor. Klein heads to Franklin High School with the potential to see some playing time early. Franklin is a run heavy offense that fits right into the skill set that Klein brings to the table. He is a player to keep an eye for the next four years.

Semisi has freakish athletic ability. He has superb short area quickness, his lateral quickness is excellent and he has nimble feet. Naupoto has a stout, powerful build with a thick lower half that helps him deliver a stiff blow at engagement. Semisi is a plug and play type of player. He takes advantage of that by playing on the defensive line and he is just as disruptive. He has had an excellent offseason, winning MVPs at both the PRZ Texas Next Up Showcase and the Under Armour Middle School camp. He is also a standout Rugby player, who goes into running back mode with the ball in his hands, showing breakaway speed and a powerful running style. Semisi will head to Euless Trinity with an opportunity to earn playing time this season. Don't be surprised when college programs began to line up at Trinity to get eyes on him in the next couple of years.

Peter is a stout in close quarters, he is quick off the ball and his punch is stiff at engagement. MacDonald V has an extended reach that he uses well to get hands on defenders. Peter has clean, nimble footwork that enables him to move well in space. He embraces getting physical, he plays with a mean streak and he finishes blocks to the ground. He plays with a low center of gravity which allows him to gain leverage on defenders. He has the versatility to play guard or center and he has the potential to be a starter in the future in the next couple of years at Lewisville.
