Film Dive: Rapid Rising Bay Area Tight End Prospects

He is a true hybrid TE/WR and can lineup all over the field both in the slot, attached and on the outside. He is a smooth athlete that can make plays downfield, create seperation in the clear and is a mismatch nightmare with strong hands, terrific body control and can make contested catches in the red-zone with ease. At 6'4" and 200+ pounds, he provides growth potential through college and will be a big time steal for a program come signing day. He is a long and rangy pass catcher that is making the transition over to tight end from receiver, and has been packing on weight and adding to his 6'4" frame this off-season. Heading into his Junior campaign, he is one of the top tight end prospects in his class across the Bay Area, and is poised for a huge Junior season for one of the top small schools in the state. He has another kid that can lineup at multiple positions on the field and is a good pass catcher while able to stretch the field vertically and has the ability to create separation on linebackers and safeties while showing extremely strong hands and body control when making contested catches. He is already a multi-offer guy and part of a very impressive roster that Marin Catholic has heading into this fall. He has good downfield speed and can lineup both attached or in the backfield and moves very well for his size and age. He is a devastating blocker in the box that finishes defenders downfield, takes good angles up the hole to linebackers and is tough to bring down in the open field due to getting upfield quickly, contact balance and can shake off smaller tacklers.
