There is a solid mix of interesting receiver types in these rankings and a couple of players who are in the discussion for the best 2026 WR prospect in Canada.

- Just a note about these rankings if players list themselves on twitter or HUDL as a 2026 in Canada and 2027 for the USA I tend to put them in the 2026 rankings because these only include players playing in Canada. If a player only lists 1 grad year they are put into that year’s rankings.
- If a player has already announced a transfer to a USA prep school he is not included in these rankings as they just include players who have played and are continuing to play in Canada – however there will be content on plenty of the quality Canadian players who currently play or plan to play in the States.
#1 Overall Wide Receiver
Lacombe has the production on paper that backs some of the high-quality WR traits you see on film. Consistent hands with a good catch radius. Really good route runner who can create separation at all three levels of the field using his quickness and long speed. The ability to make plays after the catch rounds out his skillset and is clear he is one of the top WRs in Canada.
