Big things are ahead for this camp as it continues to grow and change to better fit the growing numbers. There are also big things ahead for the athletes in today’s article because they demonstrated talent that will get them plenty of attention from the next level, or it already has. These are need to know names for this year and years beyond.
This was my first time seeing the 2026 WR in person. We have followed his career since he debuted as a freshman QB. Now a 6’1″ 193 lbs Joshua is looking more and more the part of a college WR. He jumped 8’7″ and 31.2″ plus ran a 4.78 40 and 4.41 pro agility. All solid numbers, but once we got into the one on one action Joshua flipped a switch. The incoming junior was a sudden route runner. One that opened up huge windows of separation as he showed off the body control, balance, and burst to leave CBs trying to catch back up with him. I’m very excited to see him in varsity games to see how he replicates what we saw in River Falls. This is a name to watch going in the Class of 2026.

Teams looking for that diamond in the rough or hidden gem need to check out the athletic profile of the 6’2″ 188 lbs LB out of Kewaunee. The 2025 LB ran a 4.97 40, 4.89 pro agility, and jumped outrageous numbers of 37.4″ and 9’1″. That lower body power and burst match what you see on tape. An athlete who can close quickly. An athlete who can thrive in tight quarters because he can maneuver with his quick lateral movement. He only has a year of LB under his belt, so keep an eye on his this fall as he works to make a big impact in his senior year.

Brock is another potential steal in the Class of 2025. He stands 6’1″ 190 lbs and runs a solid 4.8 40. However, the agility, acceleration, and lower body power shown by his 4.39 pro agility, 9’6″ broad jump, and 35.3″ vertical tell me this kid could become an exceptional route runner and thrive in situations where he can get the ball in his hands quickly and let that athleticism take care of the rest. This kid clearly has the toughness to play at the next level. As a junior he lined up at FB/TE and would be used to lead block for RBs too. Brock is explosive and tough. Don’t sleep on him this fall. We could be in store for a breakout year.
Brody has been on a great run this camp season since the Minnesconsin camp. We are seeing the well deserved offers rolling in these past few weeks, and we may not be done seeing more. The WR/TE is up to 210 lbs now with tons of room to continue to build upon at the next level. Brody posted strong numbers for his position, running 4.87 in the 40, 4.47 in the agility, 32.8″ in the vertical, and 9’4″ in the broad jump. The big target is a smooth athlete who tracks the ball easily downfield and is surprisingly slippery after the catch. He has good awareness to where he is against zone and where he is when making plays along the sideline. The long athlete also does a good job of getting clean releases while lined up inline or out wide. The standout 2025 also is a big impact at LB too.
I was sleeping on the 2026 RB out of River Falls, but he woke me up with his day in his hometown. The 6′ 187 lbs RB crushed the combine, checking off boxes proving that he has next level athleticism. A 34.5″ vertical, 9’11” broad jump, 4.28 pro agility and a 4.72 40 are great numbers, and with two years of HS football still ahead of him we could see him work his way towards even more dominant numbers. In 2023 Joseph had limited varsity action behind their former workhorse back, but we could see him make a big leap in production and put out tape that grabs a lot of attention with the athleticism he brings to the field. I will be having my eyes on him this fall.

An incoming sophomore RB who really impressed me and made a name for himself was Kain Strong from West De Pere. The 2027 ran 4.80 in the 40, 4.33 in the pro agility, and jumped 9’7″ and 37.8″. A great base for him to build on over these next three years. I went to the tape and it is great to see him playing against fellow freshmen last fall. It allows you the chance to see where he is at compared to his peers. Strong is ahead of the curve compared to the field. His suddenness, long speed, and instincts stand out from the crowd. He made the highlight reel plays look easy and did it on a weekly basis. I’m excited to see if he is able to earn a role on varsity as a sophomore. He is a talented athlete.
Middleton has been pumping out impressive OL prospects over the past few years, and the next potential one just hit my radar during the Mega Camp in River Falls. Blake is a 6’4″ 260 lbs lineman with a future on the interior of the OL at the next level. I was able to catch some reps of his in the 1 on 1s. Blake plays with a great base. He can set a strong anchor against kids that tried to bully him off the line and stand them up. The ’25 can also slide laterally and change direction with DL that try to use more speed and pass rush moves. His technique was consistent and clean rep to rep. This is only his third year of football, so there is a ton of potential to tap into. Get this kid on your radars, and keep a close eye on his this fall. I think we are looking at a real steal of a prospect.
