He is one of the top players in this class. We have a lot of faith in him. We think that Waters is going to be a running back on the next level. He is a guy that has power and speed. Isaac is starting to pick up some division one attention. He has some offers as a sophomore. He is one of those guys that we are expecting to have a great season. Isaac knows how to go and get the football. He knows how to step up big on offense and defense. Harper is one of those players that we know has a good chance of being a threat on both sides of the ball again this season. He is going to give Raleigh a lot of spark. He hit our radar and kept on going up. Pass is a guy that is a dual threat on the field. We think that he has division one talent. This is a player you need to know.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
