Makes plays over the middle at a high level. High point the on back end as an absolute ball hawk. Reads and reacts so well on back end recording a ton of interceptions. Great instincts and smarts! Tackles well in the run going low on backs. Technically sound tackler and can really run.

RB [player_tooltip player_id='1292152' first='Donovan' last='Deey'] (Carmel – 5'11” 195)

Deey is a 5'11" running back has good vision and quality footwork. His quick cuts in the hole is what really standout. Slippery through traffic and can bounce to the outside when needed.

DL [player_tooltip player_id='1292150' first='Malachi' last='Smith'] (Batavia – 6'1” 280)

Smith is a defensive tackle/nose guard that has a wide body. Very physical vs the run and can get upfield for tackles for loss. Good use of his hands and is best at stuffing run.

TE [player_tooltip player_id='1292116' first='Jack' last='Greiber'] (Carmel – 6'6” 220)

Greiber is a 6'6" TE that has good size and a smooth release off the line. Long strides, catches it with his hands, and boxes out with his body. Also a two way threat with how well he blocks driving with his legs and competing as a blocker.

DB [player_tooltip player_id='1292120' first='Xzavier' last='McGruder'] (Simeon – 6'2” 190)

McGruder is a corner that had 7 interceptions as a junior. He has excellent size and 6'2" 190 pounds with the ability to consistently make plays on the ball. Fluid in coverage and knows how to use his length. Good feel for adjusting and staying with his man downfield.

DB [player_tooltip player_id='1292113' first='Rico' last='Clay'] (Quincy – 6'3” 180)

The cornerback had 32 tackles along with 5 interceptions as a junior. The size and length at 6'3" are what standout the most. He cuts so well on short routes intercepting passes in stride and going the other way for pick 6s. Anticipates routes very well. Fluid back pedal and feel for finding the ball in the air. Comes up well in run support from his corner spot tackling well.
