Barnes had 21 tackles, three for a loss and a sack last season as a sophomore for JSerra. He has since transferred to Crean Lutheran.

Santa Monica class of 2026 quarterback Wyatt Brown Wyatt Brown 6’3″ | 190 lbs | QB Santa Monica | 2026 State CA was offered by Cal last Tuesday.
Brown completed 67 percent of his passes for 2955 yards and 21 touchdowns as a sophomore last season.
He also holds an offer from Arkansas.
Highlights
Pasadena class of 2025 quarterback Hype Grand Hype Grand 5’11” | 170 lbs | QB Pasadena | 2025 State CA picked up an offer from Montana last Tuesday.
Grand ran for 664 yards with eight touchdowns and threw seven touchdown passes for Orange last season.
Montana is the first school to offer Grand since last season. He also holds offers from Syracuse, Memphis and Toledo among others.

Mission Viejo class of 2026 quarterback Luke Fahey Luke Fahey 5’10” | 180 lbs | QB Mission Viejo | 2026 State CA had a big week with offers from Florida State, UCF and Oregon State.
Fahey had a breakout sophomore season for Mission Viejo with 2184 yards and 26 touchdowns. He helped lead Mission Viejo to a State Championship.
Oregon State is the tenth school to offer Fahey.
Highlights
Millikan class of 2025 offensive lineman Maki Stewart Maki Stewart 6’6″ | 290 lbs | OL Millikan | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Arizona State last Wednesday.
Stewart played at Los Alamitos last season where he earned Sunset League Offensive Lineman of the Year honors.
He chose Arizona State over 16 other schools that offered him including Purdue, San Diego State and UCF among others.
Stewart is the fifth player from California in Arizona State’s 2025 recruiting class and the second offensive lineman from Southern California.
