Coming to America.. Canadian players making waves in New England

shows the same.  He will be an asset to any college, after dominating high school for one more boundary, but he is not looking to step out of bounds...  Charles has shifty hips and can change directions quickly.  He can also block and catch, but its best to give him the ball and get out of the way.  He has all the tools and measurables to be a solid collegiate running back.  Keep an eye out for him this
