There are several very impressive athletes playing defensive back in Canada in this class and some prospects have some measurable that really jump off the page. It comes to no surprise that our top DB comes from CEGEP which has continued to be a pass happy league giving our top prospect from the area tons of film to supplant himself as the #1 DB.

[player_tooltip player_id='1150101' first='Yves-Andre' last='Nenon'] - Notre-Dame de Foy

Nenon not only plays against some of the best competition in Canada but the CB out of Notre-Dame de Foy has the athleticism and ability to play at a high level in both the NCAA or USports. Nenon showcases fluid hips, the ability to turn and run, and the ability to find and make a play on the ball. Nenon his hands down the best coverage corner in this class and also could be one of the most athletic skill position players in the country.

[player_tooltip player_id='892294' first='Liam' last='Platt'] - Miller

Platt who plays more of a strong safety/nickel corner role that is so common in defense is a player who wins with his instincts and ability to read the quarterback and close on the catch point or ball carrier. Platt has solid measurables and often is making plays because of his natural feel for the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='892342' first='Koen' last='Hubbard'] - South Delta

Hubbard out of South Delta is an outside CB prospect who has a very well-rounded game. On tape you see him consistently make plays in run support and on screen passes. He can finish in the open field and also shows solid man coverage skills. Hubbard is a player who can really take his game to the next level as he improves his ball skills.

[player_tooltip player_id='881419' first='Jayden' last='Weisser'] - Harry Ainlay

Weisser a 6'4 safety prospect who has elite length and good range. Weisser might end up being able to put on enough weight to play LB at the next level and he has a skillset which would make that transition possible. He is a downhill - in the box safety that can impact the run game and shows good coverage skills against TEs while also being able to move in space.

[player_tooltip player_id='1260672' first='Jèzréel' last='Rioux'] - Notre-Dame de Foy

A watchlist player here that is intriguing but I couldn't find any tape of his play. Rioux is listed with extremely impressive measurable. Not many DBs have his build and he is a player that definitely has a chance to stand out because of his measurables alone.
