Prep Redzone has the details…
Teddy Jarrard Teddy Jarrard 6'3" | 190 lbs | QB North Cobb Christian | 2027 State GA – North Cobb Christian
Once known as an “under the radar” quarterback, North Cobb Christian’s Teddy Jarrard Teddy Jarrard 6'3" | 190 lbs | QB North Cobb Christian | 2027 State GA is a 2027 signal-caller who is starting to see his recruitment pick up after earning an in-state offer this week from the Georgia State Panthers. At 6-foot-2 180-pounds, Jarrard has a promising frame and a live arm that is only getting stronger. He showed geat command of the offense last year as a freshman and should take a big step forward next fall as a sophomore. He throws a strong, but catchable ball down the field with enough athleticism to make plays with his legs as he continues to grow that part of his game. Last year, the multi-sport standout threw for 2,065 yards and 18 touchdowns. Look for those numbers to take a big step forward next season. He’s currently ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 3 QB in Georgia and the No. 29 overall prospect in the state for the 2027 class.
David Jacobs David Jacobs 6'4" | 195 lbs | DL Blessed Trinity Catholic | 2027 State GA Jr- DL – Blessed Trinity
The No. 1 overall prospect in the 2027 class according to Prep Redzone, Jacobs Jr is a physically dominant defensive lineman with length, toughness, and natural playmaking ability. He’s a game-wrecker who completely dominated opponents on a weekly basis last year as a freshman, making 74 tackles, 12 TFLs and four sacks. He’s also blocked one punt and forced one fumble. The offers are coming in, and now the Roswell native and Georgia Bulldog legacy has earned an offer from the Ohio State Buckeyes. He’s an elite prospect who already looks like he could possibly suit up for a D1 college program. He’s a natural athlete but he’s also fundamentally sound who can shed blocks and attack the ball-carrier in the backfield. He can deliver a powerful hit and doesn’t miss many tackles. His best football is still years ahead of him, and that’s a scary thought for players in the region. Look for more schools to jump on board with an offer for oe of the nation’s best in the 2027 class.
Kennedy Green – DB – Pebblebrook
A sure-tackling defender in the 2027 class who played beyond his years last season as a freshman, Green is a physically built defensive back already at 6-foot-1 180-pounds who knows how to attack downhill and chase the ball carrier. He reacts quickly against the run and flies down towards the line of scrimmage just as the play starts to develop. If not blocked properly, Green has the ability to strike and deliver a physical, sound hit behind his pads. He’s a sound defender who will only get better over the next three years, but it appears his recruitment could be close to taking off. This new Pebblebrook Falcon defensive back earned first first D1 offer this week from Western Kentucky, and more are likely coming. He can run, hit, and loves contact. Look for this hybrid linebacker/defensive back to have an outstanding sophomore season this fall with a new ranking in the next Prep Redzone update for the 2027 class.
