2025/2026 Prep Redzone May Combine Standouts Pt 1

In this article, we are going to highlight several 2025 prospects that opened eyes this weekend. He has the versatility to play all over the defensive front for North Little Rock. Cox has the explosiveness to defeat blocks and get into the offensive backfield with impressive consistency. He has the speed to pursue and haul down the ball carrier. Cox had an impressive camp and is a player to watch out for over the next couple of months. He has the potential for a strong season with the Charging Wildcats this upcoming season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1163723' first='Savion' last='Slater']-Defensive Line-White Hall-6'4” 190-Pounds</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1163723' first='Savion' last='Slater'] opened eyes during the drills on Saturday. However, he continued to perform impressively in one-on-one competitions. Slate has tremendous speed and comes off of the edge quickly. He has versatility to handle the edge rushing spot or pressure the quarterback from the linebacker position. Slater had a strong camp performance and is a prospect that I expect to have a great 2024 season. [player_tooltip player_id='1201576' first='Tayshaun' last='Childs'] is a prospect that puts his versatility on display every time he steps on the field. He put his tremendous speed on display over the weekend. Childs displayed the ability to get sideline to sideline and pursue the ball carrier. He is a player that I expect to have a strong 2024 season. Childs is building momentum for an impressive summer and fall camp.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='221709' first='Isaiah' last='Arrington']-Wide Receiver-Greenwood-5'11” 170-Pounds</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='221709' first='Isaiah' last='Arrington'] came into the camp ready to put his talents on display and he accomplished that goal in impressive fashion. Arrington showcased his impressive speed and crisp route running. The talented Greenwood wide receiver racked up camp MVP honors in the process. However, he was not finished, Arrington earned a scholarship from Arkansas Baptist University while attending the camp. I expect Arrington to keep the momentum rolling as he enters the summer practice sessions. Murphree has great speed coming off of the edge. He is the type of lineman that can terrorize both the running and the passing offenses. Murphree's power is another strong facet of his game. Valley View always has talented prospects on the defensive side of the ball and the future is bright. He is a player that is setting the stage for a strong 2024 season and is a player to watch out for over the next few seasons.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
