Some of these players have a few offers and with the help of big senior seasons I can see all of them playing college football at some level.
Darion Thomas, ATH/WR- Bloomingdale High c/o 26
6’0 175lbs
Thomas is a very good athlete that is a two-way player for the Bulls. On offense he finished 6 receptions for 114 yards. On the defensive side of the ball he registered 23 tackles, 2 INT, and 1 forced fumble. Thomas is an intriguing receiver prospect, his film shows his ability to make tough catches, he has home run hitting speed, and shows good acceleration, burst, with the ball in his hands. Thomas will be a player coaches will want to keep an eye on this spring.
Jaron Gunn, LB- Gaither High c/o 25
6’2 190lbs
Gunn had very good Junior season finishing with a team leading 79 tackles, 6 sacks, 11 TFL and 1 INT. Gunn is a super athletic linebacker that is also really good out in space, he shows on film good acceleration, closing speed, agility, and is a very good open field tackler, he is a talented prospect that will make it hard for colleges to ignore the season.
Hale Sollmann, LB- Alonso High c/o 25
6’1 215lbs
Sollmann is a talented linebacker that will turn some heads this season. He was a key contributer to a stout defense that helped lead the Cougars to a 8-3 record and into the State Playoffs last season. He finished with a team leading 75 tackles, 1 sack, and 13 TFL. Sollmann explodes through ball carriers, and is very physical in the run game. He does a good job using his hands/strength to fight off blocks, and is a smart player that can dissect plays quickly. Coaches need to head over Tampa and check out him out!
Michael Hourican, ATH- Spruce Creek High c/o 25
5’9 180lbs
Hourican is a player coaches need to keep an eye on in 2024. He is player that has the ability to play multiple positions. He finished with 79 tackles, 7 TFL, and 1.5 sacks. Hourican is a solid open field tackler, shows the ability to accelerate to the ball, and is very physical against the run. Hourican is a player on the rise and coaches need to check him out this spring.
