Brown caught 46 passes for 560 yards with six touchdowns last season.
He had an impressive showing at the Under Armour Next All-American Camp recently and looks bigger in person than the size he is listed.
Utah is the fifth school to offer Brown.
Sierra Canyon defensive back Sean Jones Sean Jones 5’11” | 195 lbs | DB Sierra Canyon | 2025 State CA picked up an offer from San Jose State on Saturday.
Jones had 57 tackles with a sack and a forced fumble for Sierra Canyon last season.
He is an outside linebacker who can play safety in different defensive packages. San Jose State is the first school to offer Jones since the season.

Laguna Beach quarterback Jackson Kollock Jackson Kollock 6’4″ | 220 lbs | QB Laguna Beach | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Minnesota last Thursday.
Kollock committed to Washington in October but re-opened his recruitment when coach Brett DeBoer left the school to Alabama.
He took an unofficial visit to Minnesota last weekend and committed on the spot.
Kollock has a college level frame and the ball jumps out of his hand nicely. He had solid showings at the Elite 11 and Under Armour Next Camp.
He is the third player in Minnesota’s 2025 recruiting class and the first player from California.

Mater Dei defensive back Chuck McDonald III Chuck McDonald III 6’1″ | 180 lbs | DB Mater Dei | 2025 State CA was offered by LSU this week and visited Georgia.
He visited LSU last Thursday, Georgia on Saturday and was offered by LSU during the visit.
McDonald had 34 tackles with an interception for Mater Dei last season.
LSU is the 26th school to offer McDonald III.
