The Prep Redzone 7v7 circuit will roll through Pennsylvania this weekend and we have some great football on deck at both Coatesville High School and Downington West High School. The 15U division will be exclusively at Downington West High School and I'll be there from start to finish. Before the tournament begins, we're taking a look at some of the programs to watch and the players that will be making plays this weekend. In this post, we're putting that spotlight on the Outlawz National team. A squad made up of standouts from the New England area and Florida! These are just some of the players that we'll have our eyes on this weekend.

Devin Green - 2028 Athlete

The first prospect to watch is the first of two 2028 prospects from Florida. 2028 athlete Devin Green is listed as a big and physical receiver coming into this weekend and we're fired up to see what he can do. You don't see too many 8th graders playing up on the 15U division but that's the case here. And the guys that are able to play up are usually some absolute ballers. So Green is going to have our attention as soon as he steps on the field this weekend.

Latravious Woods - 2028 Athlete

Latraivious Woods is the other 2028 standout from Florida that's making the trip up to Pennsylvania to put in work this weekend. While Green is listed as a big and physical receiver, Woods is more of a shifty playmaker. The coaches are very excited about his potential moving forward and we're looking forward to seeing what he's able to do on the offensive side of the ball. Woods is also excellent in running precise routes and will be another name to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='943155' first='Lukas' last='Prock'] - 2027 Quarterback

2027 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='943155' first='Lukas' last='Prock'] is already considered one of the top signal callers in his class in the New England area. Our New England writers already have a high opinion of him and his overall ceiling as a QB prospect. So when you look at that, combined with some of the playmakers that he'll have around him, it could be a very successful weekend for Prock and company. He's certainly going into the tournament as one of the top quarterbacks in the 15U division.

[player_tooltip player_id='1625841' first='Matthew' last='Leibman'] - 2027 Athlete

Whenever a player has a note next to his name saying they are arguably the best athlete on the team, it gets our attention immediately. That's the case here with 2027 athlete [player_tooltip player_id='1625841' first='Matthew' last='Leibman'] and this team already has several playmakers so we're fired up to see what Leibman can do as a major name to watch. He's a 2027 prospect that should be on radars very soon. This weekend will provide Leibman a stage to make big plays against really good competition.

[player_tooltip player_id='943075' first='William' last='Owens'] Jr. - 2027 Defensive Back

Whenever I cover 7v7 tournaments, I always point out that the majority of the top performers or overall standouts are usually on the offensive side of the ball. And if you can stand out on defense throughout a weekend, you're a real dog and we might have one here. 2027 prospect [player_tooltip player_id='943075' first='William' last='Owens'] is going to be a name to watch for the Outlawz on the defensive side of the ball. He's a tall and physical corner who can lock down his side of the field with ease.

[player_tooltip player_id='283740' first='Jabari' last='Monds'] - 2026 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back
