PA Classic 7v7 Featured Team Performance: DOGG WRLD 18u

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>DOGG WRLD brought teams in multiple age groups to the PA Classic 7v7 tournament and the 18u team showcased some high-level 7v7 play and made a strong run on Sunday after impressive pool play on Saturday. On Sunday DOGG WRLD made it to the semifinals and took down the #1 seed in the tournament Wingmen Crimson a collection of players from St. Joe's Prep in Philadelphia. Johnson was consistent and got the ball out faster than most of the other QBs at the tournament. Johnson was accurate as he was a big reason DOGG WRLD was so effective in the middle of the field and throwing the ball within 10 yards of the LOS. Johnson did flash some arm strength and ball placement down the field making some impressive throws through limited space. Johnson's best performance came against the Wingmen Crimson where he faced the best defense from the day before and showcased some impressive throws to the sidelines that took confidence and poise. Jones was a factor with the ball in his hands and was one of the many prospects on DOGG WRLD who could make plays after the catch and make guys miss in 7v7. What stood out about Jones was how smooth and efficient his movements were. Jones was effective in making plays defensively with good closing speed and some quick instinctive defensive back play. Searles has elite length but he uses it well showcasing good use of hands as a DB and the ability to use his length and make plays on the ball.
