Who are they?

Let's take a look...

[player_tooltip player_id='667558' first='Marshall' last='Pritchett'] - WR/TE - Rabun Gap

No matter where he's lined up, [player_tooltip player_id='667558' first='Marshall' last='Pritchett'] is a threat to make a play. The lean pass-catcher brings an excellent 6-foot-3 210-pound frame and plucks the ball out of the air with ease. A promising player with good ball skills and playmaking ability, Pritchett caught 44 passes for 621 yards and four touchdowns last year as a junior. He's one of the better hybrid pass-catchers across the South for the 2025 class and is currently ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 30 overall prospect in the state. He'll give the Tar Heels a big weapon that will bring versatility and natural playmaking ability to the Tar Heel offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1080784' first='Alex' last='Payne'] - OT - Gainesville

One of the top offensive tackle prospects in Georgia in a year absolutely loaded with power-five talent, Payne brings a lean, promising frame at 6-foot-5 270-pounds that will allow him to keep adding solid weight and muscle over time. He plays with quick feet, a balanced base, and a strong initial punch. His length and ability to move makes him a high-ceiling type of pass-protector, and he could push for playing time early in Chapel Hill. Payne's best football is way ahead of him, and his stock has been rising fast since impressive this winter at the Atlanta Under Armour Camp. He chose the Tar Heels over programs like Penn State, Kansas, and many more. He's ranked as the No. 35 overall prospect in Georgia for the 2025 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1313904' first='Javion' last='Butts'] – DB – Jones County

A tough, hard-hitting defender from Middle Georgia, Butts is coming off an impressive junior season where he made 51 tackles and two INTs. He brings easy power five size at 6-foot-1 180-pounds and will bring an intimidating presence to the North Carolina secondary. A max-effort guy who roams the field and attacks downhill, Butts is a sure-tackling safety with a bright future ahead of him. Butts committed to North Carolina over schools like Kentucky, Cincinnati, Ole Miss, Kansas, and Mississippi State, among others. He's one of the top defenders in the Milledgeville area and bound for a monster senior season this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1195854' first='Devin' last='Ancrum'] – DL – Mill Creek

One of the stronger, quicker defensive line prospects in Gwinnett County, Ancrum is lane-clogging interior defensive lineman with an excellent, compact 6-foot-3 295-pound frame. He drives opposing linemen backwards and had no problem last year making plays in the backfield. This Mill Creek standout is coming off a big 2023 season where he made 49 tackles, 8 TFLs, and two sacks. The talent and potential was easy to notice, and the North Carolina Tar Heels pushed for, and landed his commitment just a few days ago. If he continues to develop and prove he can be an every-down player who can stop the run and affect the quarterback, Ancrum could make a real impact down the road in Chapel Hill.

Anthony Kruah – Marietta

One of the hottest prospects in Georgia right now, it didn't take long for Kruah, one of the top defenders in Cobb County, to jump at the opportunity to play for Mack Brown and the Tar Heels. At 6-foot-2 215-pounds, Kromah's natural athleticism and high-ceiling led to an outstanding junior season last year where he made 70 tackles, 10.5 TFLs, five sacks, one INT, two forced fumbles, one defensive touchdown, and two blocked kicks. He's an instant-impact guy who can make a lot of plays in different ways. A dependable run defender who can lay a sound, physical hit on the ball-carrier, Kruah's a linebacker with his best football still years ahead of him. This athletic Marietta native committed to North Carolina over Auburn, Baylor, Boston College, among others.
