The Wildcats are coming off a strong season, however, Head Coach Jonathan Oliphant shared that the Wildcats will be young this year after losing 27 seniors to graduation. Let’s take a look at what Coach Oliphant and a few standout players shared during our visit.
OL Chase Davis – Davis led the charge on a big and strong-looking offensive line for the Wildcats that looked efficient in coming off the football and creating lanes in the running game. Chase shared some strengths of his as an offensive lineman in our interview.
DL Jacob Domengaux – Jacob is a returning All-Conference Defensive Lineman who is strong at the point of attack and has a good ability to shed blocks and control the line of scrimmage. Jacob will be an important leader for the Wildcats defense this upcoming season.
RB Mozes Morris – A major key to the Wildcats offensive attack, Mozes totaled over 1000 all-purpose yards last season for the Wildcats. Mozes is a true 3-down back who can run effectively, catch the ball out of the backfield, and be a threat on special teams in the kick return and punt return game as well.
