He was on our radar since a solid performance at the PRZ camp. He's only grown an inch or two and added needed weight to his frame. He came up with a few athletic head top catches this weekend while showing he can run the short and intermediate routes. At 6-2, 210-pounds with versatile athleticism, Frazier was one that caught various scouts' attention throughout the weekend. He has a college-ready QB frame as a freshman with plenty of time to tone up. He's shown off solid arm strength and good ball placement in both tournaments I've watched him throw.
