Prep Redzone Arkansas is constantly updating the player rankings all throughout the year. In this article, we are going to focus on the class of 2027. The class of 2027 is already beginning to take shape as one of the more talented classes that the state has seen. The Natural State always does a great job of producing talented prospects and the class of 2027 is not going to be any different.

[player_tooltip player_id='1237288' first='Boosie' last='Hardaway']-Defensive Line-Newport-6'1” 325-Pounds

The Newport defensive lineman is a great run stopper. He has no problem clogging up the rushing lane. Hardaway will surprise opposing offensive linemen with how quick he is getting into the offensive backfield. He is a defensive lineman that pursues the ball carrier well. Hardaway is able to haul down the ball carrier, once he defeats the blocker. Hardaway is a prospect to watch out for over the next few seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='1223179' first='Bryson' last='Thompson']-Wide Receiver-Searcy-5'9 160-Pounds

[player_tooltip player_id='1223179' first='Bryson' last='Thompson'] is the type of wide receiver that can slice up wide receivers with each route he runs. Thompson uses his smooth routes to create separation from opposing defensive backs. He has the speed to stretch the field vertically. Thompson does a nice job of hauling everything in that is thrown in his vicinity. He is a wide receiver with the potential to put big numbers on Friday nights over the next couple of years.

[player_tooltip player_id='1223899' first='Haden' last='Hall']-Quarterback-Little Rock Christian-6'4” 185-Pounds

The Little Rock Christian signal caller does an impressive job of reading the defensive coverages that the opposing secondary throws at him. Hall makes good decisions with the football. He is not careless with the football. Hall has the arm strength to fit the ball into tight windows. Meanwhile, he is accurate to all areas of the field. Hall knows when to escape the pocket and use his legs to scramble long enough to make the throw or use his legs to pick up yards on the ground. He is a player to watch out for over the next couple of seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='1247592' first='Cyler' last='Moore']-Linebacker-Har-Ber-6'0” 210-Pounds

[player_tooltip player_id='1247592' first='Cyler' last='Moore'] reads the play extremely well for the Har-Ber defense. He does a good job of using his speed to get sideline to sideline. Moore gets away from blockers and pursues the ball carrier well. He is an asset in pass coverage as well. Moore has the quickness needed to drop back into coverage and defend the pass. The Har-Ber Wildcats have a talented group coming up through the ranks and Moore is a prospect to watch out for on Friday nights in the future.

[player_tooltip player_id='1226379' first='Sam' last='Hurtado']-Quarterback-Pulaski Academy-5'9” 145-Pounds

The Pulaski Academy Bruins always have talented prospects on both sides of the ball. [player_tooltip player_id='1226379' first='Sam' last='Hurtado'] is a signal to watch out for over the next few years for the Bruins. He uses his legs well to move around in and escape the pocket when necessary. Hurtado throws the ball with accuracy to all areas of the field. He has a strong enough arm to keep the defense honest and test the opposing secondary with the deep throw. Hurtado is another signal caller in the class of 2027 to watch out for over the next couple of years.
