2027 Mississippi Initial Rankings

We will add some players that we wanted to discuss. He is one of those players that has a great future ahead of him. We do not know what position he is going to land himself at. Some think he will be a defensive end while some think that he could possibly be a linebacker. He has even been looked at at the receiver position by some schools. He is a 6-foot-3, 190-pound kid from Louisville. Be sure to keep your eyes out for his name.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1239365' first='Dai'shun' last='Chatman']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Chatman is a dog that some people have listed as an athlete. I think that Chatman is going to be a defensive back on the next level. He is a guy that made it into our top 15. This young man is a dog that is going to continue to hold it down for this class over his next three seasons. Chatman is a player that knows how to handle himself on the islands.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1239384' first='Trey' last='Small']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Small is a player that we are going to be keeping our eyes on over the next three seasons. Last season, he lined up at multiple defensive line positions. He recently told us that he is going to be moving to the offensive line. He is a guy that we are definitely going to be keeping our eyes on. We are going to make sure we keep a close eye on him over these next three years as well. King is a guy that has a lot of potential.
