It's time to stop dancing around the truth when it comes to recruiting.

So many of these companies promise the athletes they invite to camps and combines that they will gain exposure and could share the recruiting spotlight. THAT IS A LIE!

If you want to promote your product that is fine, and you have the right to do that. But while you are trying to “lure” student/athletes to your event in the name of putting money into your business, you mind as well be truthful.

Having been to several events run by national companies who tell you that if you attend their combines or camps that they will get your name out to colleges, that is a false statement. No other way around it.

If you are a star-rated football player or standout at one of their events, they will write something and shoot video along with take photos. But if you are a regular player who is searching for promotion, you will NOT get it at one of those combines that attract hundreds of prospects. There is NO WAY they have the manpower to mention everyone who attends.

PREP REDZONE STANDS ALONG

The best part of it all is that all of those attendees are still being promoted – well after they came out initially.

This past January in Fort Lauderdale nearly 100 football players from all over the Sunshine State came out and each and every student/athlete that attended were talked about in post event articles with photos. COMING TO ORLANDO IN APRIL

From Naples to IMG and to Fort Lauderdale, Prep Redzone Florida has provided a forum for testing, learning, and competing, and now on Saturday, April 27, Orlando Boone High School will be the next city to roll out the red carpet from 12 noon to 3 p.m.

The Prep Redzone Combine Series is the premier spring event for top 2025-2027 prospects looking to gain exposure to Prep Redzone scouts and college coaches while showing out against and separating themselves from fellow top in-state prospects.

With Prep Redzone scouts and college coaches on-site and our dedicated social team highlighting top performers, players will be sure to get first-rate coverage experience with unmatched exposure to colleges. Analysis from the event will be posted to PrepRedzone.com for our hundreds of collegiate subscribers to read.

Backed by the college-trusted Prep Redzone brand, the PRZ Combine Series will feature athletic testing, position-specific drills, and 1-on-1 competition.

Over the past three years, more than 5,500 players from across the country have attended Prep Redzone showcases with one goal in mind: to play college football.

The Prep Redzone Combine Series is a great opportunity for high school football prospects to get exposure in front of college coaches, Prep Redzone scouts, and other media outlets. Testing results will be recorded for colleges across the country to access following the event.

PrepRedzone.com is an approved scouting service in accordance with NCAA bylaws, policies, and procedures. College football coaches from all divisions (Division 1 - NAIA) are permitted to subscribe.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE COMBINE

After check-in, athletes will have a professional headshot taken for identification and will have their height/weight recorded. From there, the showcase is broken into three portions: testing, position-specific drills, and 1-on-1 competition. Testing will include the 40-yard dash (hand-timed), pro shuttle (hand-timed), L Drill (hand-timed), and broad jump.
