<p><strong><br> Referenced below are some of Oregon's fastest rising athletes currently ranked outside the top 50 for the 2025 class. The rankings were just updated as noted here <a href="https://prepredzone.com/oregon/rankings/2025-rankings/">https://prepredzone.com/oregon/rankings/2025-rankings/</a> with 215 total prospects representing the state. </strong></p>

<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1216421' first='Jacob' last='Fairbank'] 6-7 290 T McMinnville- Fairbank is currently ranked #59 on the Top 200 list but could easily end up in the top 20 if he puts it all together. He is still incredibly raw but can play on either side of the ball and you can't teach the size. He has the potential to make the biggest jump on this board. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1094719' first='Colt' last='Ness'] 6-0 170 CB Tigard- I think highly of Ness. He's a gamer in every sense of the word. Regardless if he's on the basketball floor or on the football field, he's one of the best at everything he does. Look for him to once again be a state leader in picks if they throw his way and rack up 1st or 2nd team all-state honors. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='511861' first='Sawyer' last='Teeney'] 6-0 185 QB Silverton- Teeney will be a 3-year starter and has a shot to be a D2/FCS type guy if given the opportunity. He was one of the most impressive kids in the state last season, passing for almost 3000 yards and accounting for 34 TDs (23 passing, 11 rushing). The Foxes have a good shot at another state title. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='904424' first='Brady' last='Holland'] 6-3 300 DT/G Lincoln- The PIL is not a conference headed in the right direction, but Holland absolutely is. He has put on some legit size over the off season and should rank among the top two-way lineman in Oregon. He earned 1st team honors on D where he likely projects and 2nd team all PIL honors on offense. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='407441' first='Kerek' last='Kato'] 6-0 165 ATH Sheldon- Kato has been one of the most impressive kids in the state on the 7v7 circuit as part of MVP performance. He will project as a 1st team all-conference kid this season, after catching 7 passes for 203 yards and 3 TDs, to go along with 30 tackles and 2 INTs on D. I could see him jumping up this board quickly. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='904426' first='Aaron' last='Bidwell'] 6-4 185 WR Marist- The last name speaks to his potential. Bidwell is long and can run. It will be important for him to get out on the camp circuit and show what he can do against top competition, with 4A competition being what it is. Regardless the kid can play. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='902384' first='Lincoln' last='Mason'] 6-6 245 DL Wilsonville- This is another kid who could blow up if he shows up over the off season and continues to his play from last year. He has elite size, finishing their state title season with 27 tackles, 8 tackles for loss, and 2 sacks. Mason has the potential of being listed among the top lineman in the NW. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='406757' first='Evan' last='Brenner'] 6-3 220 OLB Central Catholic- Brenner has good size and he comes quick off the edge. He has gone somewhat under the radar while playing for the reigning state champs. I would expect him to have a big senior season after making 14 tackles as a junior. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1216435' first='Brody' last='Kuenzi'] 6-3 210 TE/DE Silverton- I could see Kuenzi jumping up the rankings board quickly. The 1st team all-league, honorable mention all-state TE is all of 6-3 and will create significant matchup problems for most. With Teeney leading the offense he could be a 40+ reception tight end. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1224418' first='Nolan' last='Kelly'] 6-1 180 WR North Medford- One of the more underrated players in the state. Kelly quietly had a nice junior season, catching 23 passes for 300 yards and 3 TDs. His 2nd team all-conference honors speak to his potential heading into next year with one of the top young QB's in the state throwing to him in [player_tooltip player_id='402426' first='Traeger' last='Healy']. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1104045' first='Brennan' last='Ward'] 6-3 190 WR Westview- The talented 3 sport athlete will be key for the Wildcats this coming season after earning 3rd team all Metro honors last year. Ward impresses with his length and was a big reason they were able to compete. I would expect him to be a 30+ reception guy with a handful of TDs. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1216443' first='Cruz' last='Veliz'] 5-11 165 RB/ATH/DB Woodburn- One of the state's top basketball players is also a standout on the football field. Woodburn has struggled as a team, and it won't get any easier moving into a new 5A conference. If Veliz pursues football collegiately he could play multiple spots on either side of the ball. As a junior he went for over 1000 all purpose yards and 7 TDs.</p>
