March 2024 Update: 2025 Receivers on the Rise

In this article, we are going to highlight the talented wide receivers that are coming up through the rankings. The 2025 class is deep with talented prospects at the wide receiver position in the state of Arkansas. Wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='847011' first='TJ' last='Ellis'] does an excellent job of using his combination of speed and route running to create separation from opposing defensive backs. He does a nice job of catching the football and he is a dangerous player in the open field for the opposing defense to contend with. Johnson does a great job of catching everything that is thrown in his direction. He his crisp route running to gain separation from opposing defenders. Johnson can work the deep and underneath routes effectively and is a difficult wide receiver for opposing defenses to account for on the field. Johnson has the potential to have a big 2024 football season for the Bulldogs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1067056' first='Braeden' last='Walton']-Wide Receiver-Ashdown-6'2” 180-Pounds</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ashdown does an excellent job of producing prospects that will see playing time on Saturdays. [player_tooltip player_id='1067056' first='Braeden' last='Walton'] is a wide receiver that can produce a big play from anywhere on the football field. Walton is a prospect that has no problem using his speed to stretch the field vertically. He is an athletic prospect at the wide receiver position that has the ability to slice up the opposing defense. He causes problems for the opposing secondary with his ability to stretch the field on vertical routes. Rowlett has the speed to take it the distance from anywhere on the field. He does a nice job of looking the ball into his hands before looking to make a move or get up the field. He has a knack for hauling in the big reception. Porter does a great job of being able to high point the football. He is a wide receiver that can create explosive gains out of patterns designed to be of the shorter variety. The Lakeside prospect is a wide receiver to watch out for this offseason as well as during the season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
