Stead, a quarterback prospect from Alberta has some impressive tape. Stead showcases good arm talent and throws the ball with nice touch and accuracy. Stead’s best ability is pushing the ball vertically down the field, he throws the ball with good velocity and can drop it into a bucket 35+ yards down the field. Stead shows good poise and patience in the pocket and does a good job of using his legs to escape and extend plays when necessary. Stead showcases good athleticism and the arm of a prospect who can play at the next level. The next step in development for Stead will be improving his footwork where at times he can tend to be flat-footed and not frame his throws.

He shows a consistent ability to shed blocks, especially on the outside against receivers who struggle to control his length and quickness. Weisser uses his length in coverage where he can disrupt passes and also be a presence in zone coverage. Weisser is a good tackler in open space, you see him use his physicality to make plays in run support but shows the ability to take good angles and pursuit finishing plays in open space on defense and special teams.

Arbez, is an athletic prospect who can play multiple positions. On tape we see him play quarterback and wide receiver and he shows the athleticism where the ball just belongs in his hands. Arbez as a quarterback is a run-first guy who excels on designed QB runs. Arbez shows speed and quickness to make guys miss in the open field and runs with good vision finding open lanes and hitting them with burst. Throwing the ball, Arbez does show some zip on his throws. He showcases solid arm talent and can push the ball down the field. He may not be consistent in his footwork or decision-making but shows promise as a thrower. Arbez does show some poise with the ball in his hands, his ability as a runner definitely helps him be more patient and poised in the pocket and he rarely seems phased by pressure.

Piccinin, a WR/DB prospect from Harry Ainlay has speed and twitch you simply cannot teach. Piccinin is dominant in the slot back role where his running start combined with his elite quickness and change of direction make him a special route runner. Piccinin can create separation at all three levels of the field and is a dangerous threat after the catch because of his athletic ability. Piccinin as a defender also showcases good tackling technique and the willingness to come down hill and be physical in making tackles. Piccinin is one of the best athletes in all of Canada but especially in Alberta, his athleticism shines on tape and countless reps are showcasing just how elite that athleticism is.
