By saying IOL that means we are looking at guys that will be Centers (OC) or Guards (OG) at the next level. I am focusing on players I have seen that either, don’t have any offers or only a few and should be holding offers after this summer and getting to 1 day camps. You will see a theme among a lot of these guys in what it takes to be a OL prospect for the next level.
Will was an integral part of an impressive Boys Latin OL group this past fall. While he can play both center and guard, OC will be his best fit at the next level. That makes him a very intriguing prospect, standing at a verified 6’4″ and 255 with a great frame that will cary another 30-40lbs nicely. This is great size for his position, along with his excellent length with a 78″ wingspan. Will has great bend and burst off the snap. He stays low, fires out keeping a strong base and gets good leverage on defenders. Will shows the ability to quickly get his hands into the opponents chest with a strong punch. Keeps his legs going driving the DL down the field and finishes blocks. He is a first frame last frame kinda guy. a good athlete, playing lacrosse as well, you see Will show off good nimble feet and being able to climb to the second level. Will is also a high academic kid, with a 4.2 GPA and just picking up his first IVY offer. He is a D1 offer kid and I expect him to have a big summer.
Highlights
Logan is a player I have seen a lot over the last year +, he has played multiple positions along the OL for Walkersville, but he will be best as an OG at the next level. He continues to develop and impress me more and more each time I get eyes on live. Why he is only weighing in ~250lbs lately, this is a postivie. Logan has re-shaped his body over the last few years and slimmed down and now in the process on putting on good weight and muscle. Entering college he will be a strong, pure muscle 280+ because he can now focus on just getting stronger. This is not always an easy thing to do and shows hard work and dedication to bettering himself as a player and prospect. Along with this his footwork and movement have improved which is important attribute at the OG position. He now explodes off the snap and plays on his toes while being able to run and get out in space/ to the second level. Effective at down blocking and pulling, he opens up some big holes for the ball carrier. Another thing that jumps out about Logan’s skill set is he plays with some nasty to him! A war daddy he plays through the whistle driving defenders down the field and burying them in the dirt. Love his attitude and work ethic, this is a guy you want blocking for you. Logan is also big time off the field, 4.5 weighted GPA and a NHS member. He is a highly recruitable kid and a D1 prospect that will be picking up offers soon.
Noah first popped out to me back in late summer at Leonardtown’s first scrimmage of the year where he went up against some quality competition. Part of great group along the Raiders OL, he shined showing development and progression his junior season. Playing multiple spots along the line based on formations, he lined up at mainly at RT but I see his best fit at the next level sliding in and being an athletic OG. Noah has great size, frame, and length. A lean frame with no fat only muscle, he will continue to put on good weight as he fills out and be strong muscled up lineman. What I like most about Noah is his athleticism/movement as an OL prospect. A natural knee bender, light on his feet, he can move and run. Shows the ability pulling, getting into space and getting down the field. Is effective as a down blocker, running pin-pull scheme and being able to move to set the edge. Noah also shows that trait you want to see, he plays mean. He will drive DL all the way down the field, into the sideline, bury them and keep them down there, not afraid to scrap. Also a good academic kid off the field and a hard worker, Noah will have a big summer when college coaches get to see him live. He will be an offer kid.
Brandon Rogers-Anderson
Brandon Rogers-Anderson
Brandon is a player with a lot of promise and potential. I like his size and strength, so while he has played both RT and OG, in the right scheme he is a power guard. He is a mauler type with good bend and pop. You see Brandon just over power defenders with a strong punch and drive. He can get his hands inside and once that happens he is in control and will put the d-lineman away. Physical, aggressive and a finisher, Brandon is a powerhouse. As he continues to develop he will only get better, a lot of good football ahead of him. When I saw him back in the fall my only knock was I’d like to see him re-shape his body some. Brandon is hard worker and already correcting this as we move towards summer camps. He is in the weight room getting strong, turning his frame into more muscle and working in his flexibility. This is why I like his overall potential as a prospect, and applaud him for putting in the work! He shows solid feet already with the ability to kick step and fire/move off the snap. So as he continues to work and develop these skill-sets will only improve along with his pure strength he has. I see Brandon having a huge senior season and being on a lot of colleges radars as he is another high academic kid with a reported 3.6 GPA.
Monga is a do it all lineman with a lot of things you like to see at the position. A good frame kid with ideal length, I don’t have a measurement for him but I’ve seen him live and he has arms almost to his knees. Muscled up as well, good muscle definition and only going to get stronger. Played a lot of spots along the OL & DL, but will be a OG at the next level. What I like about Georges is his skill set versatility. A high energy, high motor physical player. He fires of the ball, plays low and is always looking for someone to hit. Athletic player, Georges shows agile footwork, moves well and keeps his feet/legs chopping. He can pull, get out in space and finishes blocks. A bit of an under the radar prospect, but one colleges will like as he is a reported 3.5 GPA student. He will show well at 1 day camps this summer and have a big senior year.
Matt Valente
Matt Valente
Matt is your prototype style Center. He is a natural knee bender, can squat and sink his hips and holds a strong base. Fires the snap back there with velocity and accuracy, is a LS as well and it shows. Matt shows good explosiveness out of his stance and firing his hands. He shows the ability to reach blow, turn the defender and use good leverage to open up holes. Valente had a great season being 1st Team All 3A North and helped Bel Air’s RB JT Nana JT Nana 5’8″ | 180 lbs | RB Bel Air | 2025 State MD rack up an 1,000yd plus season. He is also another high academic prospect with a 3.6 GPA, 4.2 WGPA. I like what I see from Matt and expect him to have great senior tape.
Amani is a player I like because he plays with a ton of energy. Played tackle to TJ but will slide inside to be a OG at the next level. He is a strong thick frame solid build prospect with nice length for his position. First thing that stands out about Amani on the field is his motor. He is an active, high motor player who finishes blocks and always looking for the next guy defender to hit. Opon shows good pop, quick feet and overall athleticism. Is able to reach block and get on his horse to set the edge. A strong, physical, high energy player, Amani brings it every play and I expect him to make some strong impressions this off season.

Deacon Mcilvaine Deacon Mcilvaine 6'4" | 285 lbs | OL Catoctin | 2025 State MD
Deacon is a player I am high on high, an under the radar gem who I can see blowing up this summer. He can play anywhere along the line. He mainly lines up at OT for Catoctin but certainly fits the build for a high level OG and can even play some OC. A verified 6’3+” and thick build, he can bend and sink. Deacon plays low, fires out, keeps a strong base and is quick to get into the defenders chest. A physical player, he is a finisher and plays with some attitude and nasty. Deacon is a multi-sport kid as well, throwing for track team with a 40’5″ shotput and 106’7″ discuss throws. While also running on Catoctin’s 4×100 team. So you know he is a solid athlete with a strong force output which is what you want out of your offensive lineman. A high academic kid too, Deacon has 3.8 WGPA and is sure to get attention from colleges this spring & summer.
Andre is well put together player, muscled up, with solid arm length and a strong base. He can play either IOL position, but mainly plays OC for Dundalk and I like that fit for him when moving on to the next level. Andre is a bull dozer of an offensive lineman. He plays physical, he plays fast and he plays mean. A good athlete as well, Andre is light on his feet, runs on hit toes, can pull and get to the 2nd level. I love how he is always looking to take whoever he is blocking completely out of the play. Driving them yards down the field and putting them in the dirt. He jumps off the snap, stays low with good bend and is quick to engage. A high motor player, he is a first frame last frame guy. Mr. Andrades shows great strength and a forceful punch as well. You will routinely see him tossing defenders out of the club, and will just over power guys with one pop sending them to the ground. This adds up as he is a heavy weight wrestler for Dundalk, and began with wrestling season with a 17-o record. Making 1st team all county 2 years in a row, there is a ton to like about Andre as a prospect. I say he is a D1 level offer kid and I expect him to have a busy spring/summer.
