Doing these analyses allows me to spotlight a lot of players. There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.
Trey Hedden- Tampa Catholic c/o 24
6’3 205lbs
Over the last 2 seasons Hedden was one of the top quarterbacks in the Tampa Bay area throwing for over 4800 yards and 55 touchdowns! He led the district in passing with 2500 yards, completing 61% of his passes with 25 touchdowns. He also rushed for 113 yards and 7 touchdowns. Hedden will play for Furman University next season.
Strengths:
- Natural feel for pressure and the ability to adjust to it
- Plays with a lot of poise
- Very accurate with the football
Eric Archield Jr.- Robinson High/o 25
6’4 195lbs
Archield is a quarterback that I spotlighted last spring to have a big season and he did not disappoint! He led the Knights to a 9-3 record, district championship, and into the State Playoffs. Archield finished second in the district throwing for 2019 yards, completing 61% of his passes with 23 touchdowns. He also rushed for 531 yards and 5 touchdowns. Achield is one if the top returning quarterbacks in the State and currently has D1 offers from North Dakota State, Ole Miss, Bethune-Cookman, and Arizona.

- Can distribute the ball all over the field
- Anticipation and accuracy
- Good measurables, athleticism, and upside
Xavier Irizarry- Blake High c/o 25
6’2 187lbs
Irizarry was impressiveas a first-year starter leading the YellowJackets to a 7-4 record and into the State Playoffs. He finished third in the district throwing for 1037 yards, completing 55% of his passes with 10 touchdowns. He also rushed for 355 yards and 4 touchdowns. Irizarry will be one of the top returning quarterbacks in the district next season.
Strengths:
- Dangerous on designed runs
- Quick footed passer with ideal athleticism
- Flashes top-notch accuracy on 2nd and 3rd level throws
Jack Cunningham Jack Cunningham 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB Jefferson | 2025 FL – Jefferson High c/o 25
6’1 192lbs
Cunningham is another talented up-and-coming quarterback in the district, last season he played in 5 games and still finished fourth in the district throwing for 695 yards, completing 57% of his passes with 4 touchdowns. Cunningham is a player to keep an eye on this spring and will have the Dragons in the hunt for the playoffs in 2024.
Strengths:
- Very Smart (4.11 GPA) on and off the field
- Ball jumps out of his hand
- Arm talent is evident on film
