After breaking down some under the radar 2025 athletes, here’s my list of the top 2025s in Kentucky to watch for on the offensive side of the ball.
In the first place spot on my list is Isaac Sowells Jr. Isaac Sowells Jr. 6’2″ | 290 lbs | OL Louisville Male | 2025 State KY , an offensive lineman at Louisville Male High School. What I like about Sowells is his ability to lock in at the line of scrimmage and deter pressure to help his teammates run the ball in the pocket. I also like how Sowells can match the defense’s strength and block from along the edge, utilizing his core strength and physical edge to protect his teammates and put the offense in prime scoring position.

I am additionally impressed with Aveion Chenault Aveion Chenault 6’2″ | 170 lbs | WR Frederick Douglass | 2025 State KY , a wide receiver at Frederick Douglass High School. In addition to excellent size and speed, what makes Chenault so explosive is his breakaway speed and relentless physical edge. Chenault has proven to be difficult to contain in coverage and can easily attack the ball in the air. I also like how Chenault can stun the defense in the endzone, using strong footwork to juke out and maneuver the field to get open for the touchdown pass.
Claiming the number three spot on my list is Cortez Stone Cortez Stone 5’10” | 170 lbs | RB Louisville Central | 2025 State KY , a running back at Louisville Central High School. Stone is nearly impossible to contain due to his balanced mechanics, electric speed and durable edge, using his footwork and core strength to stay on his feet in the pocket and slip into the open field. I also like how Stone can juke out the opposition off the snap and use bursts of speed to take it all the way to the house from along the edge.
Another skilled prospect to watch for is Deuce Bailey Deuce Bailey 6’1″ | 170 lbs | QB Bowling Green | 2025 State KY , a quarterback at Bowling Green High School. What impresses me about Bailey is his well-balanced playstyle and ability to consistently adapt to defensive pressure in the pocket. Bailey showcased excellent footwork and electric speed, proving he can break tackles and move around to find an open receiver. Bailey’s arm strength and confident passing game also stands out, showcasing his ability to complete the deep pass in crucial moments.
Highlights
Coming in at number five on my list is Graham Dunn Graham Dunn 6’2″ | 195 lbs | TE Frederick Douglass | 2025 State KY , a tight end at Frederick Douglass High School. Dunn makes a considerable difference offensively due to his quick execution, ability to create seperation and his ability to get open for the short pass from along the edge. I also like Dunn’s ability to be a reliable passing target when the offense is under pressure. Dunn also impresses in the pocket, using his size to blast past the defense.
