Spring game visits, commitments, camp invitations are making the headlines this week in the Natural State from a recruiting perspective.

Over the past few years, [player_tooltip player_id='181497' first='Preston' last='Davis'] has been one of the most talented linebackers in the state of Arkansas. He uses his speed well to get off of blocks and get into the opposing offensive backfield. Davis is a linebacker that is always around the ball carrier. Meanwhile, he has the speed to drop back into pass coverage effectively. Over the weekend, Davis placed his commitment with the Arkansas Razorbacks. Davis is a prospect that is a steal for the Razorbacks and a player to keep an eye on over the next few seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='361302' first='Grayson' last='Wilson']-Quarterback-Central Arkansas Christian-2025

[player_tooltip player_id='361302' first='Grayson' last='Wilson'] is an athletic prospect at the quarterback position, and he uses that athletic ability well on the field. Wilson has impressive accuracy and can fit the football into some tight windows. Central Arkansas Christian had a strong season in 2023 and I would look for that trend to continue during the 2024 season. Over the weekend, Wilson earned an invitation to the Elite 11 Regional competion. Wilson is a prospect to watch out for next season, as he looks to close out his high school career in strong fashion.

[player_tooltip player_id='301196' first='Karter' last='Ratliff']-Tight End-Bryant-2025

The Bryant Hornets always have plenty of weapons on the offensive side of the ball. [player_tooltip player_id='301196' first='Karter' last='Ratliff'] can shift from the tight end to the wide receiver position. He is a sharp route runner that has impressive athleticism. Ratliff does a great job of high pointing the football. Over the weekend, Ratliff earned an invitation to attend the Rice Owls spring game. Ratliff is a prospect to watch out for during the 2024 football season.

[player_tooltip player_id='865679' first='Cameron' last='Settles']-Running Back-Little Rock Parkview-2026

[player_tooltip player_id='865679' first='Cameron' last='Settles'] is a versatile athlete on both sides of the ball for Little Rock Parkview. On the offensive side of the ball, Settles does a great job of picking out his rushing lanes. He allows his blockers to set up the rushing lane before he explodes through the lane. Settles has the ability to play all over the offensive side of the ball for Parkview. He recently earned a scholarship offer from Louisiana Tech. Settles is a prospect to watch out for over the next couple of seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='612846' first='Cash' last='Farris']-Defensive Back-Alma-2025

The Alma safety does a great job of playing the ball while it is in the air. He can separate the ball from the ball carrier with little to no difficulty. Farris uses his speed well to separate from blocks and haul down the ball carrier. He is a prospect that can make plays on the football and take it the other direction. Farris earned an invitation to attend virtual junior day that Marist is hosting later in the month.
