Here is a third such report which features ten offensive weapons that have signed with NAIA programs. The five NAIA programs below hope that they have added talent that will help with their passing game for years to come.
Isaac Neil Isaac Neil 6'2" | 180 lbs | WR Basehor-Linwood | 2024 State KS , WR, 6’2”, 180, Basehor-Linwood (MidAmerica Nazarene)
Niel is a solid position receiver. He is coming off an injury-shortened senior season. He caught nine balls for 207 yards. He can also be a solid blocker out in space.
Jourden White Jourden White 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Shawnee Mission North | 2024 State KS , WR, 5’11” 170, Shawnee Mission North (MidAmerica Nazarene)
White has a nice reach and could play on either side of the ball for the Pioneers. He finished his senior season with 26 receptions, six of which went for touchdowns. He also recorded two interceptions on the defensive side of the ball.
Brayden Henderson Brayden Henderson 6'3" | 200 lbs | TE Cedar Vale/Dexter | 2024 State KS , TE, 6’3”, 200, Cedar Vale/Dexter (Bethany)
Henderson is a small school product who has a nice set of hands. He finished his senior season with 23 receptions good for 303 yards. He caught three touchdowns and his combination of size and bounciness make him a dangerous redzone target.
Ryker Grossner Ryker Grossner 6'3" | 190 lbs | WR Salina Central | 2024 State KS , WR, 6’3”, 190, Salina Central (Bethany)
Grossner had a solid senior season for the Salina Central Mustangs. He finished with 48 catches for 536 yards and found the end zone four times. He runs solid routes and understands how to get leverage against defenders.
Chase Hyer Chase Hyer 5'7" | 165 lbs | WR Fort Scott | 2024 State KS , WR, 5’7”, 165, Fort Scott (Bethany)
Hyer is a solid underrecruited Southeast Kansas prospect. The Swedes are listing Hyer as a wide receiver, but he also played corner and running back at Fort Scott. He could be a factor on special teams units right away or the Swede staff may decide to redshirt him.
Sam Means Sam Means 5'9" | 160 lbs | WR Clay Center | 2024 State KS , WR, 5’9”, 160, Clay Center (Bethany)
The Clay Center product is more of a slot receiver and possible return man for Bethany. He caught five balls for 127 yards for the Tigers during his senior season but also returned kicks and punts.
Leyton Witte Leyton Witte 5'10" | 160 lbs | WR Canton Galva | 2024 State KS , WR, 5’10”, 160, Canton Galva (Bethany)
Witte is a long target who has a 37-inch vertical. Don’t be surprised if the Swedes have him add some weight and use him as a tight end.
Thomas Boos Thomas Boos 6'0" | 180 lbs | WR Maur Hill Prep | 2024 State KS , WR, 6’0”, 180, Maur Hill Prep (Benedictine)
The Ravens have added a local talent to their recruiting class. Boos made 36 catches during his senior campaign good for 401 yards. He found the end zone three times. He could also be an option in the defensive backfield for Benedictine as he finished with 23 total tackles last fall.
Emmanuel Nwakapuda Emmanuel Nwakapuda 6'4" | 195 lbs | WR Washburn Rural | 2024 State KS , WR, 6’4”, 195, Washburn Rural (Ottawa)
The Junior Blue product is raw and lengthy. He is a big target who can find holes in zone defenses and can be physical and outjump defenders in man-to-man coverage. He is another player in this group who I could see transitioning to tight end.
Brady Hill Brady Hill 6'2" | 160 lbs | WR Halstead | 2024 State KS , WR, 6’2”, 160, Halstead (Southwestern)
Hill is a versatile athlete. He can return kicks and line up all over the place in an offensive system. He is solid in the quick-screen game. It will be interesting to see how the Moundbuilders’ Coaching Staff try to utilize him.
