Prep Redzone has the details…
Jeremiah Ware – Gainesville
A big-time weapon for the powerful Gainesville Red Elephants, Ware is a speedy wideout with excellent hands and the ability to get open down the field. He was as productive as any junior receiver in the 6A class last season as he caught 50 passes for an eye-opening 1,132 yards and 14 touchdowns. Averaging 113.2 yards per game and 22.6 yards per reception, Ware was a big play waiting to happen last year and was a consistent impact pass-catcher for an outstanding Gainesville offense. He shows strong hands with quick feet and the ability to pick up yards after the catch. He’s one of the top returning receivers in the area and will be relied on in a big way as a senior in 2024. He’s bound for a giant senior season with hopes of bringing a state championship to Gainesville.
Tristan Anderson Tristan Anderson 6'3" | 180 lbs | WR Rockmart | 2025 State GA – Rockmart
One of the top receivers in Northwest Georgia, Anderson is still one of the more underrated pass-catchers not only in area, but across the country for the 2025 class. A dynamic, versatile two-way prospect who can make a major impact on both sides of ball, Anderson dominated throughout the 2023 season at wide receiver. He’s quick off the snap and does a great job of getting behind the defense. He has easy straight-line speed, but still brings an elusive factor when eluding defenders down the field. The 6-foot-3 180-pounder brings strong, reliable hands to the table to go along with his natural speed and playmaking ability. As a junior last fall, Anderson caught 66 passes for 1,100 yards and 13 touchdowns. He was incredibly productive and should be even better as a senior in the fall.
Gus Anderson – Newnan
An impressive route-runner who can naturally elude defenders and create separation from opposing defensive backs, Anderson is an easy pass-catcher on the rise who is coming off a big junior season where he caught 55 passes for 952 yards and 8 touchdowns. He brought his best every week and went over the 100-yard mark in six games last year. He was a dependable option all season long and appeared to be fundamentally sound with quick feet and good burst down the field. At 6-foot-0 175-pounds, Anderson brings decent size and showed throughout the year that he has the talent and potential to play somewhere at the next level. He’s a vertical threat down the field, and as good as he was in 2023, look for Anderson to be even better next fall as a senior.
