We're looking at 5 recruits today in the 2026 class who are developing nicely and coming off of a good fall. These 5 should have plenty of opportunity moving forward and if they capitalize, could take off in recruiting.

One of the younger key pieces for Tipton is their upcoming offensive lineman in Roach. Roach just wrapped up a good sophomore campaign and should be a leader for this program over the next 2 years. He's well-built, works hard, and can play on the inside and outside of the line. This past season he took a step forward in the running game. He's able to get downhill and use his frame for leverage now. Before, he was just barely strong enough to hold his own. That's where hitting the weight room and putting in that extra offseason work has been paramount. Roach is one of the guys I've recently come across on Twitter putting the work in during February as if camp was next week. I appreciate guys with that mindset and type of work ethic. Roach's sophomore season was good, and if he can build upon it, he's a guy I think can flourish down the road.

[player_tooltip player_id='1191105' first='Quran' last='Moore'] - Merrillville - DL - 6'1" 265lbs

A scrappy lineman who primarily plays on the interior, but can play on the outside to rush the passer. However, it seems he's best in the middle, clogging lanes, plugging gaps, and stopping the run. He's able to create penetration and leak into the backfield to make the TFL. If not, he's able to shed a block and make the play as it comes his way. He's a bit raw around the edges, but the talent is there. He's. on the field and getting work. The reproduction isn't massive, but it's there. Moore has begun to get a feel for the Varsity game and what he could do as the season developed. He didn't play the first 3 weeks of the year, but when he did come back, he was able to get on the field and not miss a beat. While 11 tackles isn't a big number, 6 TFLs and being able to be as big of a factor in the running game as Moore was in year 1, can lead to big things moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1191106' first='Jake' last='Bellin'] - Carmel - WR - 6'1" 175lbs

A fairly impressive-looking WR who is already on the field and making plays. He's physical, hard to bring down, and can play through contact. With his height and weight, you'd think he's at the very least, an upperclassman already, but he's just finishing year 2, and it was an impressive year. He's quick off the line and knows how to use his body to get open. He can defend defenders off in the air while the ball is on the way and has no issue playing through contact. He can get behind the defense but then has the height to go up and make a tough catch on an underthrown ball if needed. His sophomore season saw him put up 11 catches for 194 yards and 2 TDs with a long of 53 yards. He's a speedy WR with great length that stretches a defense, and those types of guys always take off. Bellin is trending in the right direction and should be a top target for Carmel heading into next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1191108' first='Davion' last='Holley'] - Bishop Luers - LB - 5'10" 185lbs

Rotating in and getting some work on the state championship team this past year was Holley, who should be a guy who takes a big jump for Luers next fall as he enters his upperclassman years. He's tough, able to play the run, and isn't overly worried about making the big play. Holley is a thicker LB who is best near the LOS or the ball but can drop back if needed. He's got a strong core and can use it to detach from offensive linemen who get downfield to block. He can run sideline to sideline and track down the ball carrier, but he's not going to outrun many ball carriers. As the season progressed and Holley got some work, it was apparent he could play at this level, he just needed the reps to get his feet wet. That's what he did this year, and ideally, he takes off in the fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1191107' first='Jayden' last='Jett'] - Elkhart - TE - 6'2" 200lbs

An athletic TE who can help stretch the field and do damage with the ball in his hands. He's a bit raw across the board, but the raw talent and size is there. He's yet to make a big impact on the Varsity level, but 1 would think it's only a matter of time. He's lengthy and has big strides which chew up yardage. He's then got a second gear with the ball in his hands and can pick up a decent amount of YAC. He's shifty enough to make a handful of LBs miss and pick up even more yardage. He's got soft hands and can guide it in through contact, but it just needs to be a bit more consistent moving forward. Being a TE, you're going to be in the middle of the field and taking shots. Jett has the frame to absorb those, hold onto the ball, and be a difference-maker. He's raw, but also very talented. It could be a big fall for Jett if he's able to get on the field and produce like he could.
