The class of 2026 in the state of Arkansas has the potential to be one of most talented classes the state has ever produced. On the offensive side of the ball, the wide receiver position will open plenty of eyes from a talent level. In this article, we are going to highlight several receivers that may have been flying under the radar but are ready to open some eyes this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='646464' first='Caleb' last='Tucker']-Wide Receiver-Bryant-6'0” 165-Pounds

The Bryant Hornets always produce talented prospects on both sides of the ball and the class of 2026 is not going to be any different. [player_tooltip player_id='646464' first='Caleb' last='Tucker'] has impressive speed that tends to catch opposing defenders off-guard. Tucker can work the underneath routes as well as the deep vertical routes when called upon. He is a wide receiver that can haul in the big receptions and at key moments in the game. Tucker is a prospect that has the potential to put up some big numbers next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='988594' first='Owen' last='Foreman']-Wide Receiver-Gentry-6'2” 160-Pounds

[player_tooltip player_id='988594' first='Owen' last='Foreman'] is a smooth route runner and that gives opposing secondaries plenty of problems on Friday nights. He has impressive athletic ability and does a good job of being able to high point the football. Foreman can work the vertical routes effectively as well as hurt opposing defenses with the underneath routes. The Pioneers have been a team on the rise recently and I look for them and Foreman to have a big season in 2024.

[player_tooltip player_id='322829' first='Jackson' last='Hampton']-Wide Receiver-Central Arkansas Christian-6'4” 165-Pounds

Central Arkansas Christian had a strong season in 2023. The passing offense did a great in producing the points as well. [player_tooltip player_id='322829' first='Jackson' last='Hampton'] is another weapon at the wide receiver spot for Central Arkansas Christian that will open plenty of eyes this upcoming season. Hampton has all the ability to be a nightmare for opposing defenders to cover in the redzone. He is a wide receiver that I expect to have a big season this upcoming season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1095719' first='Emerson' last='Early']-Wide Receiver-Fayetteville-5'9” 175-Pounds

Last season, the Fayetteville wide receiver displayed impressive route running ability in several games. Early does a nice job of creating separation by using his smooth routes. He has the speed to stretch the field vertically and is not afraid to go across the middle of the field to haul in a reception. The Bulldogs have the potential to be another strong team heading into the 2024 football season. Early is a prospect to keep an eye on this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='595768' first='Asher' last='Acosta']-Wide Receiver-Cabot-5'6” 130-Pounds

[player_tooltip player_id='595768' first='Asher' last='Acosta'] has a tremendous amount of versatility on the offensive side of the ball. He can shift from the running back position to the wide receiver spot with no trouble at all. Acosta has impressive speed, and he is a dangerous player to account for on the vertical routes. Meanwhile, his ability to make people miss is a strong attribute on screen passes and the routes across the middle of the field. He is a receiver to watch out for over the next few years.
