Daryl Hunt
Daryl Hunt is an all-around good athlete; he plays a multitude of positions for Elk Grove. He possesses good top-end speed paired with a lot of agility. As a running back, he does a great job hitting the hole at full speed as soon as he sees daylight. His defensive film showcases him as a defensive back who loves to hit. I believe Hunt has a ton of potential as a football player, and I look forward to seeing what he does as a senior in 2024 for Elk Grove.
Robert Boyd-Meents Robert Boyd-Meents 5’11” | 190 lbs | RB Paxton Buckley Loda | 2025 State IL is an all-around back who was dominant last year as a junior. He accounted for 1,259 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns, as well as 459 receiving yards and 5 more touchdowns. His versatility as a back makes him difficult to stop because he can hurt a defense in so many different ways. As a runner, I love his patience to allow his blocks to set up. Boyd-Meents is very under-recruited at this time and should be garnering more interest
Mark Frederick
Mark Frederick
When Mark Frederick touches the ball, he has the ability to take it to the house every time. Once he gets past the first level of the defense, it usually means bad news for the opposing team. Turning on the film, you will see his elite speed on full display. His athleticism allows him to contribute in many different ways within an offense. I anticipate Frederick wowing coaches during the camp circuits this summer.

Chase Rivera Chase Rivera 5’11” | 195 lbs | RB Peotone | 2025 IL is a throwback player at the running back position. He plays within a run-first offense that allows him to get a lot of touches. Rivera runs hard on his carries, always fighting for extra yards. While he may be a power runner, he also possesses the speed to break open big runs. Rivera brings a lot of upside to the position as he enters his senior season.
