Johann Gundermann Johann Gundermann 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Prescott | 2025 AZ , WR, Prescott
Gundermann isn’t talked about enough, as he is possibly the biggest vertical threat in 4A entering the spring. He possesses elite top end speed which immediately provides him with big play ability. He does a great job bursting at the top of his route and shows that ability to accelerate from 0-100. He changes direction nicely without really decelerating and putting his body at risk as well. Good ball skills all around and has shown to be a sharp route runner and continues to emphasis the craft on his routes. Huge upside for Gundermann as I think those FCS schools should pop out to Prescott for this kid.
Jace Pina Jace Pina 6'2" | 170 lbs | WR Pinnacle | 2025 State AZ , WR, Pinnacle
Pina will enter 2024 with a huge role on that explosive Pinnacle offense. Last season, Pina hauled in 29 catches for 459 yards and 4 TD’s, and I expect him to nearly triple those numbers in 2024. He was crafty and smooth with his head fakes and double moves and shows a great creativity on how to generate space and separation. Really good special awareness to find those windows and make himself a clear target. Flashed the ability to become a difference maker vertically as well as he has really good length and ball skills within his 6’2″ frame. Expecting a big year from Pina.
Morgan Quiri Morgan Quiri 6'5" | 170 lbs | WR Salpointe Catholic | 2025 AZ , WR, Salpointe Catholic
Quiri was a big player for Salpointe last year and was super productive through his 7 games played. He hauled in 22 catches for a team high 454 yards and snagged 2 TD’s to go along with it. With a full season, the sky is the limit. He’s a 6’5″ 175lb WR with tons of intangibles and will pass the initial eye test. His length provides him with the ability to extend long and make those difficult catches or be that mismatch against a smaller DB in the vertical game, as he also holds a solid leaping ability.
Christian Camarata Christian Camarata 5'10" | 175 lbs | WR Brophy | 2025 State AZ , WR, Brophy
Camarata has seen Ivy League interest thus far but is much deserving of an offer in my opinion. He hauled in 48 catches for over 500 yards and 4 TD’s as a junior, and I think his role and productivity is going to shoot up for his Sr. season. Twitchy kid with good burst and route integrity, and he does a great job finding and sitting in those soft spots in zone coverages. I think he’ll translate to your ideal slot at the next level, and looks to be prone for a big senior campaign.
Taveon Sueing Taveon Sueing 5'11" | 160 lbs | WR Higley | 2025 State AZ , WR, Higley
Sueing is on the verge of a breakout senior season and has a huge opportunity to see those offers start to pour in. He does a great job getting up and winning those contested catches as he’s a sure vertical threat, possessing a large catch radius with excellent body control. He has numerous catches on film where he’ll have to go over the top or readjust his body to haul in a difficult grab, and does it on the regular. Long strider as he holds deceptive speed, as Higley likes to isolate him as a single receiver especially vs man coverage. Flashes a nice chop with his initial release and has also shown active feet. Big upside for Sueing as we enter the spring.
